We loved our stay at Komaneka Rasa Sayang. The staff is very friendly and ready to pamper the guests with everything they need. They really want to please their guests, we felt really well cared for. They listen to every request or question you might have, and they do their best to help you. On one of our tours, my daughter in law mentioned she wanted to try the mangosteen fruit... when we got back to the hotel, the staff came with a basket of mangosteens! The rroms are really spacious, the bathroom is amazing. Everything is super clean. Special thanks to Yoga, Tari, Dian, April, Yuli, Yumi, Ayusri and Onyek. They offered us a wonderful experience with delicious food. And thanks to Juhen, Gede, Indah and Agus from the front desk. They were very helpful and nice. We definitely want to come back!

The staff are amazing here, kind, generous and want to help with anything they can. Always with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spacious and super clean. The breakfast here is the best I’ve eaten in all of Bali, I looked forward to it every morning. A mixture of modern and traditional Balinese delacacies. Remi, who works in breakfast suggested we try breakfast porridge, something we hadn’t tried, and we are so glad we did! Thankyou to all the staff here, your hospitality helped to make our stay in Ubud exceptional.

Perfectly located right in the centre of Ubud with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very large modern rooms with everything you need, even things you didn’t know you needed plus the whole hotel smells just divine as soon as you walk in. There are thoughtful inclusions such as complimentary in room snacks, lovely robes and in room shoes, afternoon tea, yoga, other activities. Huge TV with lots of channels also can sign in with your Netflix, power adapter provided if you didn’t bring one etc. We had 2 rooms interconnected via balcony, we were even blessed to see a couple monkeys go past our rooms one afternoon and out on the street in front of hotel! Pool and restaurant overlook a river and lush green outlook, it’s just beautiful.

Hotel breakfast and room service food was good quality food, well presented but just not as we expected in taste. Breakfast was same each day with limited variety and we found it a little unappetising by day 2. Other minors - we found bed mattresses hard noting it had a mattress topper on already. Our view out the balcony window on 2nd floor was a concrete wall with a temporary fence in front. Pool could use a safety rail on steps as I caught my foot on side a couple times off the edge into the depths painfully - note also if travelling with kids it’s same depth in the pool height all over (very deep).

The hotel was great! The rooms were lovely, so spacious and modern. We were shocked at the size when we first walked in - seemed smaller on the pictures! Staff was excellent - so so friendly and welcoming, they could help us with everything. They quickly remembered who we were by name which was very sweet. The pool view was beautiful, we especially enjoyed ordering drinks to the pool after a long day out and about exploring the island. Breakfast was a buffet with western and local breakfast options. The location was great as well, easy to walk to other restaurants as there's loads nearby - it's literally on one of the main streets of Ubud. Despite it being so central, the actual hotel was still so quiet and calm. We'd definitely come back again!

These are all minor complaints but the beds were a bit uncomfortable (quite hard). There was only one socket next to the bed, so one had to charge phone on other side of room. Bath plug got stuck. There's no real view off the balcony because it faces a wall (which was one of the reasons I was hesitant to book), but it doesn't really matter

We liked this hotel in Ubud. It is located on a busy street (great for shopping and taxis) while feeling like we were in the forest, as the breakfast area backed on to the forest (and their sister hotel). The infinity pool was lovely (1.5m deep all round). Rooms were well furnished and had welcome fruit and snacks. The afternoon tea was a great surprise, which we enjoyed each day. We would stay again.

Can be noisy from the street (music from the bars) if room is near the front. Luckily they moved us to back on request.

Great staff ready to help. Excellent breakfast and wonderful view of the pool. The room vas very spatious and clean, it really exceeded our expectations. Amazing bathroom. Clean pool and pool area, cocktails and bites available. Great afternoon tea option where you can have a quick bite, tea and juice completely free. We were very worried about bugs and monkeys coming to our room, but everything is kept very clean so there where absolutely no bugs, and the monkeys only watched us from the other side of the wall. But due to the proximity of the monkey forest, I would advise you to keep your balcony doors closed when you're not in the room or you're not paying attention to the balcony.

Everything. The staff was amazing. Yuhan always greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. The room was incredibly clean. Cleaner than any other hotel room I've booked before. Right in front of the room there is a huge garden which is actually tended to every day. The breakfast was also very good. Small selection of Indonesian food (the sticky rice was amazing) and some more western breakfast like toast, croissants etc. The pool is large, clean and very beautiful also. We used their laundry service once and everything came out clean, fresh and meticulously folded. Though it was a bit expensive but I don't blame them for that. We deliberately choose a more expensive hotel for our first day in Bali as we wanted to make sure we'd be able to properly rest with good amenities. The location was also very good. Right against the street with a bunch of food options yet the room was still far enough to not hear any of the street noises. You get a little cookie jar in the room which they also refill every day. It's a small thing but still a very nice touch which sets Komaneka apart from other hotels. Komaneka really helped us getting settled in Bali and we'll definitely go there again if we're ever in Bali

The staff was excellent and made our stay even better. They were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We were given snacks and fruit in our room which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was excellent and wasn't the same everyday. We took advantage of the yoga and pool which was nice. I was very happy with my stay here. The rooms were large and it felt very relaxing. We stayed here 4 nights and would choose this place again because the staff were so kind and hospitable.

The staff made us feel like it was a second home. The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant overlooking the pool was so peaceful. It was well located on Monkey Forrest road, yet when in the resort, it felt like you were in a very private, quiet place.

Light for the toilet separate from Bathroom would have been good, but not a big deal. The pillows were a little bit hard but otherwise extremely comfortable bed.

The staff went over and beyond to make us feel very special and welcome in every way. The room was large and beautifully presented and so practical yet luxurious. A separate toilet light would have been handy for us old folks that need to go in the middle of the night. Having said that it is very minor.

Absolutely nothing. Even monkeys pinching bananas off the breakfast buffet was entertaining if not annoying for staff.
