. - Room is big and comfortable - Room is cleaned every day - Wi-Fi works great - Staff is very friendly - Walking distance to everything you need (restaurants, Coco, shops, ...) - Easily accessible by Grab and Gojek drivers - Nice place to base yourself for tours in the northern, eastern and western regions - Breakfast is good but no buffet so after a while it gets a bit boring

. - As others have noticed the water is sometimes cold. Although true, this has rarely happened to us and we have noticed a solution that always works: 1. Turn on the shower water (cold) 2. Turn on the water in the sink 3. Leave both for a minute, then turn everything off 5. Wait 2 minutes, then open the shower, now it's hot :)

Location was amazing. Very close walking distance to so much shopping, food, massage, and the monkey forest. Staff was so kind. I asked for a late checkout due to the sunrise volcano hike I did, which they accommodated. They ordered me a car very last min to get me to my ferry for gilli Island, and ever made me breakfast on the spot as I packed up after my hike. I was starving and running out of time. I'm so very thankful for them making my days easier. The monkeys on the patio were just the cherry ontop!

The pool was cloudy and I didn't jump in which was a bummer.

The hotel is located right in the center, but a very quiet street. The best thing was the monkeys jumping all around the terrace and the area. So cute to watch them. The staff is really nice, they have a small but clean pool. The room was very spacious, comfortable. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

It might be a bit loud if it rains outside and the are no restaurants nearby, but still very good accommodation in Ubud.

Very comfortable bed, lovely terrace and really friendly staff. We had breakfast included, and we enjoyed being able to go out to the restaurant any time before 10:30am and order instead of having to prebook the night before.

Nothing too big, only thing was that the cold water stopped working the night we arrived so the cistern in the toilet wasn’t refilling so it wouldn’t flush, I had to manually fill it with water to flush, which was a little bit funny! Thankfully it was working again by the next day. Another small detail, the tv was a bit hard to figure out as it had two remotes but one was just for digital tv, however it didn’t have any channels programmed so I guess it was just to turn the tv on. Perhaps labelling them would help.

It is next to the Monkey forest and I love animals so I love to see the monkeys on my breakfast and all the time around they are jumping and looking for food, very sweet creatures. The staff is very nice in here I love them. The bed is super comfortable, and everything you can also find in walking distance like food, drinks.. The breakfast is not a big portion but you can choose from 3 varieties (all come with the orange juice and coffee or a tea). I felt very peaceful here once I was in my room

Just a few little details, sometimes you can hear the sounds from outdoor in the room quite much.

Great location and comfy four poster bed. Fairly quiet. Delivered a good breakfast to the room. Monkeys came to visit on the balcony and look in the room in the morning which we enjoyed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Tv and internet had issues. The pool was very ordinary and towels were very worn. Plenty of hot water although it takes a long time to get up to the room. The front steps to enter the resort are quite steep and difficult to manage with suitcases. Landscaping could be tidied up a bit more.

I upgraded my room to a higher floor and the room didn't disappoint. I really loved the view of the monkey forest, the quiet street, the specious room with a huge balcony and huge bathroom. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was always friendly and helpful with all my needs. The location was great and within walkable distance of all the main attractions and a bunch of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again! P.S. If you see a local 3 colored cat, please give her some love and food. That sweetheart stole my heart and made my stay extra pleasant!

The variety of breakfast food. Can be improved a little.

The room was spacious, modern, and boasted an incredible forest view, which was spotless overall. Having tables in the room was handy for work. Breakfast offered three choices, and the restaurant was really cozy. Plus, the hotel had a good location, close to the main street, stores, and the monkey forest, where we occasionally had some surprise monkey visits on our balcony, which was cool when the window was shut, but a bit nerve-wracking when we wanted to step outside (just speaking from my own experience).

The staff was incredible always willing to help and go beyond their duties. They are truly a hard working bunch. It’s a shame how little these people make. They should be paid 3x the amount.

I didn’t care for their breakfasts or restaurant. The high steps leading up to the hotel - no railing to hold on to. The slippery tile floors were treacherous especially when wet.

The location is really excellent just a few minutes walk to the monkey forest and it’s really close to the city center. I think everything was fine here and all the stuff were through the and passion. They are willing to help you to solve problems. From the balcony, you can see a group of monkeys they will come and it’s very interactive

When you take a shower and night you have to wait for several minutes for the hot water
