The location suited our purpose. The frontdesk customer service clerk was welcoming and was gracious enough to check us in early. That was nice of her to do that and she offered us cookies too. The elevator worked. Our room had a view of the inner courtyard on the second floor. The beds were comfortable. The towels were clean. As advertised, they had Crabtree and Evelyn body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There's a good-sized tv where we watched the WS. The bathroom and room though old were well-maintained. We didn't access the verandah as it was cold and seats/table were a bit dusty. The room was serviced during our stay. We felt safe in the area.

Free parking right up front, $15 hot breakfast buffet (what a bargain), great helpful staff who upgraded us because of a check-in difficulty that wasn't their fault (booking.com dropped the ball and didn't send my reservation to the hotel), fair weekend pricing for a nice property in a convenient location.

Hotel design was a maze to get to the garden court rooms. Hotel is aware of the challenges because they have maps in the halls to help people find their way yet I saw people looking lost every day (I was still taking wrong turns on the third day). It was easier to exit the hotel and walk through the parking lot to the back door and then I would never get lost.

Convenient location. Average room with average amenities you find in a typical hotel. I would definitely stay here again, even though the price is a bit high.

Price to high for a typical/average room. The staff member was hesitant to give a bottle of water because I was not a member. You are charging over $150 for an average room. The lease you can do is give a $.50 water bottle. Made this upscale restaurant look cheap.

We had an issue with the adjoining room smoking marijuana, and the smell was coming into our room. I notified the front desk, and they sent security and quickly changed our rooms, which I greatly appreciated!

The room was clean and the hotel staff is professional and courteous. The cookies and water were a nice touch. The food was excellent and the band for the evening was exceptional.

It was a positive experience and there are no negative comments regarding my stay.

pool/hot tub/outdoor patio area couldn't be used. however, it looks like construction's going on so hopefully they'll be getting a nice facelift. a heads up was given prior to booking.

On every level, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The decor and layout were nicely and conveniently done. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Because I had not booked directly through Hilton I was told I could not have the points for my Hilton Honors. I was not aware that was something I had to do.
