The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Historic Quarter. Staff were very attentive. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy. We even had a nespresso machine for our morning coffees, which was a lovely touch. One of our rooms was upgraded too, which was a nice surprise. We chose not to stay for breakfast each morning, instead heading to the local bakeries which were easy to walk to.

I didn't like the open plan shower, but that's just my personal preference.

Cool vibe, beautiful hotel

The room was gorgeous and very comfortable but a few little things caused some annoyance: the desk-area is generally quite dark, and the fact that you can’t just switch on the light in the entrance (a motion detector switches it on and off automatically) adds to that. There is one small desk table light however there’s also only one power plug near the desk, so when you need to charge your phone/computer whilst working, you are obliged to unplug the desk light.

Great location. Comfortable rooms and overall a good place to stay while exploring Antwerp and the surrounding area.

The street in front of the hotel was completely torn-up for utility construction (NOT the hotel’s fault!) so we had to hump the luggage in for the last 25 yards or so. Also, we stayed in room 7 and there was no door on the bathroom. If that’s a concern, I would suggest requesting another room. It would be a GREAT room for a solo traveler!

The room with the bath in the room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable and big, the lighting was very cosy too. I liked the open shower and the big bathroom counter. It was nice to have bathrobes (maybe some flip flops would have been nice too as the floor is cold. I also loved the speaker where we could play music, that was a big plus!!

The floor and the wall border on top of the bed was very dusty... The cleaning of those parts could be better... But the bathroom was clean!

Duvet and pillows were nice, bathtub was also very nice. It was very clean (smelled great) and the location is perfect (but luckily quiet in the room). It would’ve been even better with 2 things missing in the room: a kettle and slippers. Overall, we had a lovely stay!

Perfection location between the historic and fashion district - everything is walking distance. The property itself is beautifully designed with a minimalistic touch (absolutely loved it); the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious with plenty of light. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Everything is catered for and well thought out that nothing is lacking. I would not hesitate to stay here again in my return visits.

The functional design of the room could benefit some optimisation - more particularly about the bathroom from the faucet sink design to the shower rack (without compromising the minimalist design of course). I can’t find anything faulty otherwise. The staff and owners put 200% into running an experience in this property.

Stunning hotel with the biggest comfiest bed and best shower ever! Everything felt luxurious, the staff were super friendly, it is in a fantastic location for the city centre, a very reasonable price everything was perfect. We will be back!

The property is in a very convenient location and has very beautiful design thorough the hotel and in the rooms. The bed was comfortable, and main amenities were there. The staff was friendly.

Following my stay I received a bit of chaotic receipt of my stay with an error regarding the paid / unpaid city tax. It took a few days to correct this error. The staff on the phone were helpful and explained that it seems to be due to a software error and were helpful to indicate when and how they are planning to solve it.

Paul at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly and helpful gave us great tips and information.

The fridge was broken the entire time we were there. There was a skylight with a cover but it had holes for the strings so it was very bright as soon as the sun was up at like 5 am. The air conditioning was not working and it was impossible to sleep the first night. The second night was better but not by much.

Huge rooms and very nice staff. Very good cooked breakfast on offer. Excellent location in the centre of town. Great base for a short stay in Antwerp.

It is in the centre of town, so can/will get a bit noisy at times. The hotel thoughtfully provided earbuds. TV reception not great.
