The breakfast was ok, I would have preferred to just have eggs with no cheese instead of the little mini omelet things they made.

Somehow they managed to put someone else's name on the room we were staying in. We discovered it when my husband's key card stopped working. The lady at the desk that day was rather rude, like it was my fault they screwed up. She said she would take care of it, but when I checked out, three days later, our receipt had the other person's name on it. I spoke with another person who assured me they would get it fixed and email me an updated receipt. I received it the day after I returned home.

Harris was very helpful and friendly, he told us our room was next to the elevator and if it would be too noisy for us that he could move us to another King room. After we went up to look at it we decided a different room would suit our needs better after driving all day - and he was very accommodating! The new room was perfect, very clean, quiet, comfy bed, good wifi, and lot's of channels to watch! We loved the breakfast with several hot and cold options...it was excellent!

Didn’t know the property was not pet friendly. We booked through Booking.com and there was no posting about not being pet friendly. The sign in information at the property had nothing about not being pet friendly. Very deceiving. We were then billed $25.00 extra for pet fee then $200.00 billed for not being a pet friendly area. Very expensive 1 night stay.

Room is maintained clean. Breakfast is good with sausage, egg, pancake, yogurt,etc. I enjoyed swimming at the pool although it is not so long for training.

Facility is getting older although it is maintained well.

It was a slightly confusing route to get to the hotel. My room was so close to the elevator that I could touch my door from the elevator. So it was quite noisy for the first part of the night.
