Very nice location and lobby. Room was great but old and worn.

The room has not aged well. I paid 450$ which is 1700 soles for one night- a very steep rate for Lima. The drains had so much old hair in them the entire bathroom smelled of it when I walked in. The floors also had been wet and there was an odor present when we first entered the room. The coffee table could have been in a motel 6 it was so worn and scratched. The bed had visible springs sticking up pushing the bed spread up when made in countless locations. Overall it was a nice night but the room desperately needs refreshed to charge so much in Lima, where you can stay for as little as 10$ in other hotels. Lobby and staff were top notch as always for a Hilton.

I cannot help but to talk about my amazing Hilton experience every chance I get . I definitely will be staying at Hiltons in other countries . The customer service is on point and the food is exceptional. Thnk you for making my trip so memorable. We absolutely enjoyed every second of it . Worth every dollar spent 😁🙏

To be honest I have No complaints at alllllll . I’m already encouraging my friends to choose the Hilton in Peru when they travel there 😁

My husband & I visited Lima in April, 2023 and had a lovely 2-day stay at the Hilton Miraflores. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating! our flight landed a few hours early and they let us check in earlier into our room. we also had access to their executive floor with free breakfast served daily from 6-11am with a wonderful range of delicious eclectic breakfast items. Highly recommend staying here!!

Every person working at this hotel were caring and professional. Fabiola at the front desk and Armando at the restaurant went above and beyond regarding service. Beautiful hotel, very safe area, walking distance to the mall and several restaurants. Across the street there is a small grocery store . The food at the hotel was delicious. Super recommended

The breakfast was healthy and fresh. The location of the hotel is excellent👌🏼

When leaving the hotel a service to pick up the luggage at the room should be offered as well the help to carry them to the car.

everybody at the restaurant were professional and attentive (Armando to mention one) , and Fabiola at the front desk was wonderful . Food at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner ) was delicious.

I always like a big room and kind staff

I wish there is a place to put shampoos etc that has less space between metals. Everything like to th brush or shampoos slip off in a big spacing. Also I would love a slippers for a room. Also another outlet for the American electricity usage.

I have wonderful experience, everything is clean and beautiful, the room is comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

The facilities

I booked a room with a balcony which was more expensive than without. And I got one without. It took me a lot of time amd energy to “argue” with the staff to get what I paid for. I had to show them several proofs and at the end We just stayed in the toom without the balcony and they told me they were going to give me a refind for the extra money I paid. The day of the chcek put the staff was different and they did not know avout the refund, so again I had to explain myself, show them proof(same thing as the day before), finally I spoke with the manager and she gave me a refund for the extra money I paid, but I don’t think I should had gone through all that uncomfortable and long process while I am on christmas vacation and staying only one night.

This is Lima Peru. Vehicles are notorious for using their horns to no avail. This is the first hotel in which we did not hear the Annoying horns. Therefore, we coulld rest peacefully.

The elevator located in the middle smells like rotten eggs. And never use the stairs as the exit doors are locked from the outside. If you take the stairs instead of the elevators, you will be forced to return to the lobby as this is the only exist which is not locked.
