Loved the comfy pillows! 10 blocks from Target Field. Luca very pleasant when checking me in. Nice lobby with nice decorations. Parking in the ramp accessible to the hotel elevator! Great restaurant's close by. Hell's Kitchen is delicious and two blocks away!

That you had my name entered backwards and tried to tell me I didn't have a room. Stood in line very patiently while Luca fixed it. No welcome tea, water or coffee in the lobby. I don't want to dish out a couple hundred for the room and not feel welcomed! No hot tea in the room either. Not everyone wants alcohol and caffeine. It's a healthy choice option! Didn't need my card to access our 23rd floor.

This was my first time in Minneapolis, and since I had never been to a big city before, I was very over-whelmed with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after arriving, I was able to calm down and actually enjoy my surroundings. Everything was so clean, and I really liked the decor. The food was really good, and the restaurant staff was very welcoming and fun to talk to. Everyone here made us feel right at home.

I had to scan our room key to use the elevator, normally this wouldn't be an issue, but our key didn't like the elevator. I requested help from the staff a lot and they didn't hesitate to get it taken care of.

Everything was comfortable and clean, I loved how close it was to the convention center and that it was connected by the Skyway, being able to text questions and concerns to staff (I imagine staff love that feature too, cause it means not being swamped by phone calls haha!)

These are trivial things that won't discourage me from coming back, but I have to be honest and include them anyway. Even though the food and coffee from the coffee shop was good, I think it was too expensive. $14.00 for a chicken sandwich is way too much. And it's mildly annoying that cash was not accepted. But maybe that's just a Starbucks thing and unrelated to the hotel. I did make a mention of it to staff, but I'll throw in again that not all of the the key card scanners in the elevators worked. I had better luck with it near the end of my stay so maybe something was fixed already. Like I said, though, definitely coming back regardless of the above!

We've stayed here every year for MMEA conference for the last 20 years. There are reasons we keep coming back. Easy distance to convention center and restaurants. Comfortable bed, nice city view, quiet. Breakfast buffet is excellent.

We had to pay extra for a city view, the rooms are all pretty similar, why the extra cost to see the buildings? Breakfast was supposedly included but my credit card got billed for it. And why do hotels have to be so dry! There must be some way to make the humidity more comfortable.

The closeness to the convention center

It was so busy at check out, waited at the elevators for 20 minutes to get on. Hauling our luggage was terrible, since the bell hop wouldn't allow us to use the luggage carrier, said they were just for their use only. Although upon exiting the parking ramp, I seen several people using them without a bell hop present. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpful!

Great location with nearby parking ramp and safe also. I appreciated that no one could access upper floors with the elevator without a key card

Maybe could use a little more security or watchful eyes on the lobby at night with the bar. My only drawback which I don’t blame the hotel for but would extend awareness is that coming back from The Armory with my teenage daughter a drunk man approached me in the lobby, was inappropriate I would say, and followed us to the elevators. So we went and stayed in the bathroom until he wasn’t there. Maybe just have security in the lobby watch a little for those things at bar close but otherwise everything about our stay was phenomenal

Comfy bed, excellent food. The woman who greeted us at breakfast each morning was nothing less than spectacular - lively, welcoming, attentive. Staff pleasant and accommodating with menu change requests.

No complaints. I got bumped from another hotel where the rest of my family was, and Hilton was very helpful offering me a room at the last possible minute.

Grand lobby. Rooms clean and comfortable. Very easy access from lower parking ramp.

Staff couldn't find my reservation, wanted me to call Booking.com. Turns out my name was inputed wrong. First name as last name. Seemed unnecessary, and induced mild panic. Also didn't say the key card would be needed to use the elevator. The clock on the nightstand was the wrong time and couldn't adjust it. The coffee shop and bar were decent, but crazy high Airport prices.

I liked how it was located around some great tourist areas and there were many things to do. I also liked how the parking ramp is right below the building! Convenient though it can get pricey.

The skyways were closed when we were there because apparently theyre closed every weekend which strikes as odd to me considering thats when most people would like to use them at their leisure.
