I like the location, I love the cleanliness of my room as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, very professional & nice.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed, it was extremely uncomfortable for me, too hard. I wasn’t able to get the sleep that I wanted because of the bed.

Rooms were clean and exceptionally large. Tastefully decorated. Good lighting. Room temperature was easily adjusted as needed.

Noise. My room was downstairs but it wasn't very close to the front desk, however the night clerk was very loud. I had to leave to get meds through the middle of the night and she was still pretty loud. I don't know if she realized it. The design of the building seems to create an echo, so....

At checkout, the clerk reversed a charge I guaranteed for another room using my credit card, so I can get a refund. Thank you.

At checkin, the clerk didn’t give my friend and I an option to charge each room on separate credit cards. We were told before our arrival that the system was set up for both rooms to be charged on my credit card. On the website when I was in the process of booking, my credit card was to guarantee the rooms only and it states “don’t pay now, you pay at the property”. So, the clerk should’ve charged each credit card. Also on the website, the reviews read an array of choices for a delicious hot breakfast. Not true!! There were plenty of carbs available and no fruit.

The hotel is very clean and the air conditioning is exceptional. It is not like that of other hotels that turns on and off all night.

The only thing I didn't like was the outskirts of the hotel, which seemed a bit unsafe and lonely, but I didn't have any problems and in the end it was quieter than expected. There is no breakfast.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the neighborhood was good

We were checking in the lady up front and was very friendly at all, but we finally found are room an we were checking in for three days, and our room keys didn't work every morning we was there we had to go get new keys every morning we stayed

The whole place was spotlessly clean. The floors are so pretty and the beds was comfy. Breakfast does not have a lot of options, but I didn't expect breakfast at all so it was a nice surprise. The coffee was great, always full and always hot. The front desk staff was so sweet, I did not catch her name, but the pregnant redhead who checked me in was a doll and the tiny little lady who did breakfast and it seemed like everything else was also super sweet and helpful. It was very quiet the whole time and I will dedinitely return on my trips to Lake Charles.

No complaints really. The pool was closed but was clean. The parking lot is small and sort of awkward but it works. Everyone had room to park. The one single thing I was surprised about was the shower water was lukewarm at best. I didn't even say anything because everything else was so good.

Property was nice and clean. Right off the interstate and not to to far from food. I’d stay there again. The staff was super friendly the whole time. They are doing renovations on the hotel rooms but no noise at night.

The tub didn’t have a slip mat and it had rust where the overflow is but that wasn’t a big deal. The tub plug was broken and the shower head was dirty. Breakfast was only waffles, toast, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, and coffee.

Remodeled, Clean, great shower space, felt safe, comfortable beds, soap and shampoo dispensers are nice. Great A/C. Hot waffles available.

Pillows not good, they need more pillow choices on the beds. Bring your own pillow. Water pressure in shower is sufficient, but should be stronger. No keto, low carb, high protein choices on breakfast menu. No eggs, no sausage, no bacon, no fruit, no yogurt.

Left another hotel, to stay in Lake Charles, Red Roof Inn. It was affordable, for three double queen room. Didn’t break the bank. Pleasant room, very clean, spacious. The services were very quick, when asked for towels or information. Had kids from 3-17, they all said it was a nice stay.

Can’t say I could mention any dislikes. Everyone in our 13 party group, kids ranging from 3-17. Everyone enjoyed their time

The front desk associate who was working 11/26/24 between 4 and 5 pm. She was AMAZING and VERY helpful! Shower was amazing, especially for someone with disabilities, very spacious, although it's certainly spacious enough for two or more I suppose...
