Very friendly staff at the reception, the room was actually a big appartement including the kitchen, bathroom, everything was clean and the appartement cleaned daily. There was a balcony facing the sea and the city beach as well as the downtown just some steps away (a perfect location). The buffet breakfast was also good.

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.

The size of the room, the view and the kitchen facilities were nice. I liked that there was also a comfy sofa other than the bed.

The bathrooms seemed old, could be renovated. For breakfast, there seems to be a lot of options, but in the end not so much good ones. Could have improved on that-for example more healthier options for cereal, good orange/other fresh juice.

Hotel Castillete is very well located and we had a great stay there. We had a clean and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and sparsely furnished. There was a kitchenette. We had a balcony with a sea view. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. Just a hundred metres from the main pedestrian zone in town.

It can get noisy early in the morning being just at a busy road, but that is the price of the unobstructed sea view i guess. Since it has direct sunlight from the morning, it can also get quite hot in the room. The wifi was not that great (if you have to work).

The balcony with a view of the sea was great. We had a three bed room. Lighting was horrible and it was starkly decorated, but thats what we paid for, and the view from the balony at Sunrise was worth every penny.

Balcony doors lock when closed, so when your mates are too drunk to hear you knocking, you might end up stuck outside!!

Very nice hotel, simple, bit dated, but great price, with the kitchen corner with ocean view and the little terrace with little table and chairs, very very clean, absolutely recommended, I have to say it's quite noisy because it's on the main Avenue of Santa Cruiz, the cars, pollution when u sleeping during the nite with the open windows because there is not Air conditioning, but for short stay it's been perfect

The breakfast buffet only had sweetened granolas as a cereal choice. A couple of healthier options would be good, for example muesli, dried fruit, nuts.
