Staff was exceptional and very kind! Early check in was arranged with ease. Wonderful location near all the restaurants and stores. Hotel is however a bit noisy and all noises can be heard from above floor. But overall wonderful experience!

Room walls are very thin and all outside noises can be heard. Floor above’s noises and walking can be heard clearly.

The Location was excellent. The artwork is exceptional, matching the little town's 'art culture'. The room was very clean and warm (we went in winter) thanks to the air-conditioner, and the electric blankets, and even extra blankets. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our only complaint/suggestion would be that there is no filter coffee offered in the dining room and also no selection of breads/cold meats/different cheeses. But nevertheless, value for money.

The staff were friendly and super helpful. I had a couple of issues like needing a plaster and lemon and extra toilet paper and the lady (with the red hair) behind the reception desk was very helpful.

The fridge was dirty and the shower head was spraying all over the place. The towels smelled a bit off. I think it may be the water issue in Parys in general.

We were greeted on our arrival by Rinda who went out of her way to ensure we were comfortably settled into our room as well as giving valuable info on the town's attractions a facilities. The hotel is within easy walking distance to shops restaurants and the famous hanging bridge. Our room had easy access to safe parking. Can recommend for an overnight or longer stay

Better TV selections and TV quality

Honest staff.. I almost left/forgot my IPhone in the room and the housekeeping lady came running to give it to me. To think I wouldn't even have known that's where I could have misplaced it, that for me was OMG.. Shem didn't take her name down.

The room was spacious and clean with coffee facilities, fridge, and aircon. You can ask the front desk for a hairdryer. Safe off street parking. Close to the main street, so you can walk everywhere. There's no pool or restaurant facilities at the hotel.

The fact that there was no breakfast available on a public holiday. They must make provision for it. Now you must go out to eat breakfast somewhere else. Did we know this we whould have booked somewhere else.

Perfect for a one night stay in a foreign town. Comfortable, clean, and safe.

The gate at the parking area stays open all night and we could not see if they have a guard on duty or night. Because of the open gate we were also uncomfortable to leave our windows open. I would suggest visable security guards.

1st and for most the friendly front lady her service is exceptional, very humble individual very patient and a good listener.

The place is currently under revamp, not sure if it was the area or the place but water was a problem, you can imagine the frustrations of wanting to utilize the shower the next thing the pressure is too low. Second this was the bed they have most uncomfortable beds aikhona hope they can change them, the stand that they are using as a dressing table it's too low if they can get a standard one it will be great.

The usual friendly manner in which I have been received at Le Grand Chateau Hotel is something to write home about. The calmness of the environment in which the Hotel is located is also fantastic.

The Hotel is more than hospitable. It qualifies for regular visits by customers in more ways than one.
