The entire property was very clean and had easy access to the pool and beach! The view was to die for from the 10th floor and the elevator was crazy fast. Even though it was visibly busy, considering how close to NASCAR season it was, everyone was very friendly & we have very little to complain about.

The floors would get very slippery when we opened the sliding glass doors (but the resort can not control humidity) and the kitchen did not have hot water (no, we didn’t complain about it until the end because we didn’t want to cook anyways) and the lack of shower doors/curtains in the bathroom was kind of odd to shower and splatter water everywhere (water pressure was GREAT!)

The room was beautiful! I loved the large balcony and the room was very updated and had new appliances. The pool was very nice and even though it was salt water it wasn’t too salty and still felt refreshing. The thin young lady with brown hair was super sweet and made me feel like she was happy to have us there. I also liked that the my cards were inside of a wristband.

We were only given 4 beach towels for 5 people and told we’re weren’t allowed anymore and to wash them in our room. I understand not getting extra towels but they should at least put one towel for each registered guest.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I love how they were very communicative with us while we were on the way and very kind to be accommodating as we were coming from a distance. The check-in was very smooth. The hotel is very quiet and clean. I love how the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, etc. The rooms were very clean! We had no issues while there the bar food was very good. I love the security of the hotel for example the garage you have to have the hotel band to get in and out the same with anywhere with any entrance of the hotel. I feel like the hotel offered a lot for being small hotel. also, for not having an ocean front view, we were on the right side of the hotel. We still had a beautiful view of the beach! I feel like I got my moneys worth. I would stay here again!

I thought the room was beautiful.. Beds were comfy.. Kitchen was great.... Views were amazing! Everything about room was great..

The parking garage was extremely hot. The pool was too warm. The fridge was impatient.. Lol.. Kept dinging every time it was left open for any length of time... We went shopping and I was trying to put things away.. And it would not stop dinging.(annoying). Condensation on floors when doors were opened was unsafe.. Made floors slippery.. But I guess that's not the fault of the property.. That's just Florida.. Just an observation..

A best example of how the United States business works with the Internet. It's awful. We were never in this hotel, so I can't say how good it is. I will not put my rating very low. But. This hotel is among those companies(unfortunately typical for the US) that are spamming your mail with automated messages all over, but never actually replying to the real person's message. They are just ignoring it if it comes by the internet. Stop destroying the internet with automated garbage, please! People from other parts of the world are used to communicating on the internet! Yes, they do!

Very clean, full kitchen with cookware and washer/dryer in room. Spacious with large balcony. The building is close to the Daytona boardwalk attractions but just far enough away from the loud, busy and hectic crowds/traffic. Beachfront access to relax or stay cool in the game room on the top level with spectacular views of Daytona Beach. The insanely large floor to ceiling windows are unlike anything I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The outside bar on the first floor was a vibe with the friendly staff. The rooftop terrace with glass railings and Adirondack chairs was an experience. I’m not one to hop on a treadmill while on vacation. But I had to this time because the gym is on the top level with those floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and downtown Daytona. I highly recommend and will be back to the Max.

The carpet ocean surf pattern in the bedrooms. Very clean carpet, just don’t drop anything because the pattern makes it difficult to find. Lol

I really liked this place! Our apartment was super beautiful and clean - well designed and the aesthetics to my taste. I enjoyed my swim in this pool and my workout in the gym (the best I've seen in hotels). I liked that breakfast is not included in the price - you can prepare it yourself (good grocery store nearby). We enjoyed with the whole family!!

The organ had been gone for some time, but the stairs leading to the beach were still unrepaired and unfortunately closed. We had to go from the street to the beach in a big circle. It didn't dampen our spirits and we tried to be understanding.

The location was amazing, with a great side view of the beach. The apartment was outstanding and very clean, and had everything that we could possibly need in it. Parking was super easy too, and the facilities were wonderful.

The main road that the hotel is on was very noisy - both day and night. This is just one of those things and every single hotel along Daytona Beach Shores will be affected by this. It didn't impact my enjoyment staying here though, but it would be helpful to take some ear plugs just in case you're a light sleeper.

We loved just about everything. The spacious rooms, full kitchen,washer and dryer was a real big plus. Wrist bans, so you don't have to keep up with a key. Easy check in and check out. Great pool and hot tub. Access to the beach. The best beach views are on the north side rooms. The rooms are very well soundproof. When all doors are closed, we hardly heard much outside noise. The balconies are awesome. They are larger than most with great views. Friendly and helpful staff. A young lady by the name of Justice was our favorite. We had 2 children ages 6 and 10. They loved it and had a great time. It's just an all-around great place to stay. We will stay again when in the area.

There wasn't much we didn't like: The breakfast was a little lacking for the price. Drinks were a little expensive at the bar. Parking was a little tight for our truck. The pool, hot tub, and gym all close at 10. Would like for them to be opened a little later because we are night owls. None of these would keep us from returning. We loved it overall.

This resort was simply amazing. Was super surprised when we arrived to see that the pictures were accurate online. So much to keep the kids busy and the views omg. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Not sure if will ever go back to Daytona but if we do...we know where will be staying. I would definitely send my clients, family, and friends to Max Resort.

Nothing at all. I found no issues with our stay. We were sad to go but made many memories while we were there. Our favorite part was the gaming lounge on the top floor. The Sunset deck was beautiful. Why not build other properties in other destinations? We would definitely visit them!!!
