It was a great location. Easy access to the Metro and restaurants. The hotel looked like it was freshly renovated. The rooms were small but clean, nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

The only thing it didn’t like, and it was minor, was that we arrived around 1:00pm and our room was ready. Since checking was not until 2:00-2:30, if we wanted to check in an hour early there was going to be a charge of 30.00euros even though the room was ready. This was very disappointing since the hotel was not inexpensive. Check out was noon and we left at 8:00am, we weren’t compensated for leaving early so you should be be charged to check in an hour early when the room was available. I hate petty charges.

Location is very good , in 9th dostricjt ,close to the Opera,Galerie lafayete, gard du nord 20 min walk, in the area are many restaurants and bars,also supermarket, we loved the place, you can walk to the louvre , atond 30 min,no problem . And it is easy to navigate in the area with navi and without, hotel room that we had was small byt cousy,clean,in the hotel is very pleasant smell,also we received tge room with the balcony, morning coffe there was perfect start of the day,we had 2 small bags but if you are coming with big bag,it is the problem where to put it. Also they do a luggage storage,is very practical

Travellers have to expect in additional also to pay a city tax, for 2 people and 3 nights it was around 50 eur, and i dont like in all hotels to pay deposit,because to receive money back it takes some time

The location is great. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies near by. Very close of metro station and close of Sacre Coeur and Lafayette Galleries/ Le Printemps. The room was nicely furnished, we've been given a room at 6floor with balcony and nice view to Sacre Coeur. The mattress was very comfortable and everything was clean. A big "thank you" goes to the lady from the reception (sorry, I don't know the name) who was really kind and helpful and always having a smile on her face. Appreciated!

The only thing which we didn't appreciate was the breakfast. Paid 12eur (after discount applied), but the only things that we've had each day were pastries, fruits, jams, egg to boil, ham and salami and two types of cheese. No vegetables at all, no olives, nothing as such. A vegetarian would not have anything to eat apart from yoghourt, fruits and pastries. My recommendation would be other for the breakfast to cost much less, either to be upgraded, but definetly this is not a 12eurs breakfast nor a 4* hotel breakfast.

The hotel is lovely, albeit the rooms are small. I opted for the balcony, and was given the largest one, and was worth the upgrade. However cold weather meant I didn't use it as much as I was hoping. Good option for the summer. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The area is full of bars and restaurants, and the transport links to all the big attractions brilliant. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe in the area and comfortable eating and drinking on my own. As a sidenote, take your own hairdryer. The one in the room is in the bathroom and not very powerful. Overall, fantastic hotel.

This is a discrete town centre hotel. The area is quiet, and yet you feel there is life all around. The hotel is a relatively short walk - really - from main streets, restaurants and the metro. Staff were lovely, and kind, and helpful. You felt welcome and wanted - perfect - our thanks to the team. The hotel was immaculately clean.

Well it's a small hotel, so there is no large lounge to sit in and the breakfast is taken in the entrance lounge, and breakfast is a little limited - a bit pricey for what you get. Nevertheless, it is good quality, and "bottomless". The rooms are not large - but I understand that is a Parisienne thing. Nothing wrong with the room - it was amply comfortable.

Location-wise, it is well-positioned and offers value for money, considering the Paris market. The room size is small, but it seems in line with what Paris offers. Therefore, all good.

Breakfast is not worth it because it lacks diversity. Better off having breakfast at the many cafes that are near. No fridge in the room in case that is something you might need, but they can well accommodate you at the reception

pretty much everything. friendly, clean, flexible . yes the rooms are kind of small, but hey, this is Paris after all! perfect location , cuts in all directions.

nothing not to like. if I hard press, I can say I did not like the public roadworks right in front of the entrance. Not too noisy though, but it is not pretty and needs a bit of navigation. not the hotel's fault and the new cobblestone payment will be nice soon I'm sure.

Hotel Diva Opera is small but beautifully formed. Our room 604 was on the 6th floor facing into a central area away from traffic noise. The room is small but beautifully refurbished with a lovely little bathroom. Air conditioning was very effective. The servicing of the room was excellent and the reception staff were very friendly.

Spiral staircase but was only a problem once when the lift was being serviced.

Lovely warm welcome from the evening staff. Upgraded our room free of charge to a balcony room. The room, was bigger than I had thought, the bathroom in particular was a good size for a Paris hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bath was deep and the water hot. The hotel was quiet and silent at night so we had a a great sleep. We were on the 5th floor in a twin room. We were recommended a restaurant to eat at on the first night and we were not disappointed- it was the best meal we ate on our trip. The location was perfect. 20 minute walk to the Louvre where we were able to pick up a bus easily to continue to explore the beautiful city. It seemed we were only ever a €12 taxi from any location which we thought was very cheap for a city. The surrounding location had lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. I would 100% stay here again if I returned to Paris.

Towels could be slightly bigger but it wasn’t an issue. A breakfast had been added to our room on check out which we hadn’t had but it was removed without too much fuss.

- There was no electric socket near to the mirror was difficult to use my hair dryer - They give a bottle of water upon arrival only and when I asked them for water they asked me to go down to the reception to buy the water - In the shower they put one product to used as shampoo and shower gel
