The only minus was the fact that we didn’t have shower gel in the bathroom and after we asked the reception 2 times we still didn’t get any.

We literally lived for Breakfast! It has everything you could ask for - from fresh seasonal fruits to eggs (3 different types), muesli, pancakes, traditional pastries, veggies.. it's plentiful and delicious. Our room was a studio and was very spacious and perfect for our stay with a 2-year old. There was enough space for the baby cot and for her to play around when we were in the room. I rarely find such comfortable beds in hotel so I have to give 10 our 10 for comfort here. The location is just perfect - just enough distance from the main street and beach (5 min walk). Given that Golden Sands is a busy and very active resort full of things to do at night as well, we still slept like babies - just close the doors/window, turn on the AC and you are set. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We felt as if we were part of a big family. Thank you!

The parking is chaotic and unorganized and it could benefit from an automated in and out system. The breakfast could be improved with more meat free options, including by increasing the variety and quality of vegetables.

I liked the hotel facilities like reception 24/7 , elevator, the clean room, the towels were changed every day, the pool with lifeguard, the demipension with meals served at 7 AM and at 19. I like the warm feeling after each discussion with hotel employees. At lunch you can order to eat a pizza made by the local cheff. Water dispencer is available 24/7.

In Aug 23 the parking was always full and it was 20 bgn per day. The meal had poor diversity and the expectation are according to a 4 star hotel. The fish variety or sea food should improve as we had in a 7 day vacation 2 poor quality fish meals and 1 salad with redonion,seafood and lime. For one dinner the serving and the food was served with delay,like 30min but this was ok as comparative with a restaurant the waiting time was less than 30min. The property is not replying on emails coming even from old customers .

I 'm staying in Ibis every summer for the last 3 years. It's always comfy and pleasant. The rooms are big, clean and nicely designed. The stuff is super friendly .All my additional requests were met with a smile. The manager of reception Petya is very helpful and professional. Breakfasts are very tasty and variative. I was only a little bit disappointed with suppers, I'm vegetairian , and not a lot of options are offered for the people like me. Salads were also a bit repetitive every day. More Bulgarian national vegetable meals (like 2 years ago) would be really very welcome! Bulgarian meals this year are not very well presented, which is a shame. Otherwise lovely place to stay, nice and clean, highly recommended!

Good location, super friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner.

The employee who works next to the swimming pool and gave towels. He was so angry all the time. My child doesn't know how to dive but he came and told us (using an angry voice) "Do you understand this? Tell it to your child!" (pointed at the picture, what I already saw, that diving is not allowed.). We both were so scared because my child didn't do anything wrong. I wanted to stay longer but after this situation moved to another hotel and it was a good decision. Finally, we had a change to swim normally.

Soundproofing is really awful,you can hear everything what are doing or speaking your neighbours and people passing on the corridor.Dear hotel management,please do something with this problem,is very very disturbing for the guests during the night.
