Room was clean and easy plug-in access for coffee maker also easy UMB port for cell phone.

The plug stopper for tub would not go down so could not take a bath. Front desk young man that I inquired from was dressed like a auto mechanic and did not know nor offer to find out. I also wish the Comfort Inn's would go back to having a hot tub (spa) area with pool. That is how and why I always stayed at a Comfort Inn.

The staff was great! Friendly, helpful, professional, and dressed nicely. They held themselves strong and professional. The room was clan, and the bed was great! Comfortable!

Breakfast. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. The only thing was biscuits and gravy, and waffles. Otherwise, it was all packaged food.

I liked that the facility was clean and price was affordable. Staff was friendly.

I booked here mainly because it has an indoor pool, however, the water was way too cold to swim in. I expected the indoor pool to be heated.

Clean and convenient location. Breakfast was hot. The comfort Inn we stayed at in Albuquerque food was cold and not enough for those waiting at 6:15a.m.

First room assigned had a refrigerator that didn’t work and a refrigerator was needed to keep insulin refrigerated and insulin travel pack frozen.

The location was amazing. Everything we needed was right within 10 minutes.

Our exhaust fan in our room didn’t work. But it was no big deal.

The people was very friendly.

Wish the spa was working. Wish the Breakfast was being more than starchy stuff. More fresh fruit. Ect. The toilet was an issue.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

The hot tub was not in service.

The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room were nice along with the full breakfast offered each morning.

I really liked the shower.

I thought the bed was a little hard. Also, air conditioning was a little noisy.

I was happy to see they had biscuits & gravy. It would be more helpful for the breakfast to start at 6 or 6:30 instead of starting at 7:00. We will definitely be using this place to stay while getting some dentist work done in the next few months.
