Nice comfortable hotel, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast but have had better. Fresh waffles were delicious. We managed to get the parking for free as we had booked a family room but due to a flooding in the family rooms we were given two double rooms instead so the complimentary parking was as an apology for the room change. Good location to the tram stop which is 5-10mins walk. It takes you straight to the centre...about 30mins tram ride. There was a complimentary water station to fill up water bottles with three types of water....room temperature, cold water and fizzy water.

Breakfast time was chaos as there were so many people. Loads of things were empty or missing. People had to keep asking for things such as teabags or plates. One of the staff said he wasn't bothered and wasn't going to stress, basically he couldn't care. He also said one member of staff didn't come to work that day hence the chaos that morning.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a wonderful experience thanks to the receptionist, Ola. She was incredibly helpful from the start, clearly explaining how the parking worked and making sure we knew about the gluten-free breakfast options, which was really important for us. Ola was attentive, professional, and always had a warm smile. She truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. She’s a real gem and a credit to the hotel!

PARKING should be automatically included in the price. In addition, online check-in does not make any sense if you still needs to pay for parking, provide a car registration number, or to document an age of family members. I had an impression that the online check-in was an additional activity, which rather suppose to reduce the time at the reception.

No free parking, you need to pay if you want to leave a car at the hotel territory. Outside on the street is free parking. The sofa bed was too narrow to sleep on. Just in general not enough space in the room for 4 people. The kids playroom needs to be updated. The playground was closed for renovation...The idea of an inside garden is nice, but not finished, no proper lawn.

The hotel has a good location, not far from the motorway and if you are traveling with a dog, the surroundings offer quiet streets where to walk your dog. Parking is big enough, there is space even if you arrive late in the evening.

There were flies in the juice machine, my glass was full of them, could not drink it. Disgusting.

Breakfast was great, 4 star hotel quality I'd say. The common area was very nice, lots of space to sit together in the evenings. Children had their own corner to play in. When the weather is nice, there's a large outdoor area connected to the restaurant, with tables, a playground, an outdoor gym, etc.

The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible. People talking and laughing in other rooms kept me awake half the night. The extra bed for children was lousy. Extremely uncomfortable, wobbly and uneven.

You pay 60 PLN for a breakfast and the coffee is very bad and they have only one small toaster for the entire breakfast service. That's madness, 2 pieces of bread at a time?? You can buy a 4 slice oe multiple toasters for under 100 pln.

The Staff! They were really friendly, helpful and nice. The lady working at the bar and the night manager at the reception were really nice. There's a lot for the kids to play around and nice facilities for the guests. Try the bar, they serve nice local Craft Beers!

Being on the ground floor could smell cigarette smoke during the night when I went to bed , the windows shut and could still smell it . That was the only down fall

The room was clean and bright with blockout blinds. The communal sitting area had an excellent sitting space with a dedicated kids section. The food from the restaurant was the best we ate on entire holiday

The parking was paid, despite there being a large car park on site, which felt unnecessary.
