It was ok for the price and fairly clean. It has a nice balcony, good view of the mountain. Clean bathroom.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, the fridge was not working, and the electric sockets were placed behind the beds so it was a bit difficult to charge my phone (broke my cable). Other than that everything was ok.

You get exactly what you expect. The rooms were nice and well equipped. It felt clean and welcoming. We got one of the best sleeps of our lives which by itself shows how comfortable we felt in the room. Also the pillows were VERY comfortable. The location was also very convenient.

It would have been nice if there was a blow dryer in the room.

The place is located near the M1 metro, easy to reach, easy to find. Check in was flawless, could check in earlier than expected. The staff was very very friendly, helped us with a couple of issues. Room was clean, had pleanty of space, beds were comfortable. No problems during our stay, would stay again there.

The flat was great size. I traveled with my parents and there was sufficient space for all of us. Big balcony overlooking the mountains. We also visited the restaurant downstairs where the food was great.

The toilet wasn’t working properly but that’s really minor issue

The location is nice. Easy check in with a texted code and entry. Clean and convenient location to walk to everything.

There’s no breakfast available and no staff/ reception if you have any issues. Found out on the last day that there is parking for the hotel.

Excellent location, beside river and in centre of the town. This is an apartment, so no meals and no visible staff

Stayed there before, so it very much met expectations however you need to know where you are allowed to park which we did.

Our apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with absolutely everything nessesary. The location is in the center of Asenovgrad, you literally go out the entereance and your on the central street with all the stores.. We received a code on the date of the reservation, with which we entered the apatment without a key…great idea.

Beautiful place with easy access. We rented an apartment for our stay - was cosy and fully equipped for a long stay. The hotel itself is in a busy but quite location next to the river.

The restaurant wasn't open at the time of our stay, but there are a few more places to eat in walking distance (2-5min)

Location, arrangement, equipment and host was OK.

Sofa bed is not for adults:-) The bathroom is tight and after shower everywhere wet. The apartment was not heated before so it was quite uncomfortable to arrive with kids on late evening from snow.

Location and "automation" of the check in are great. No communication with the staff. Automated SMS is send with the room number and room password. There is public "blue" zone parking next to the hotel, that is NOT working on Sunday, but the signs do not specifies "work" hours.

Room arrangement was super strange. There was curtains on the bed, that you've touching and moving with your head every time you "move". Not so pleasing, but OKish for the town and post-covid period.
