Lovely modern hotel attached to an extremely nice restaurant and brewery. Room was spacious with a large comfy double bed for me and my daughter. Also had a very nice shower room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel and room was kept very clean.

We went to try the piano bar, but there is a charge for entry which would have made it a very very expensive pint. Maybe guests could have entry included.

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms. Great showers with good water temperature and pressure, nice amenities. Many breakfast options. Free parking. Rooms are very nicely decorated and spotless. Although the hotel is a standard four star, it compares to much higher end hotels in other countries. This may change with wear and tear, but for now, fantastic.

Staff are young and inexperienced. The refusal to consider arranging early checkin when the rooms are free and guest is willing to pay is ridiculous and not remotely four star level. Hotel is quite far from center and attractions.

A beautiful hotel in an ugly part of the city. The hotel is as if plucked from Monaco and thrown into an ugly poor housing estate. Nice staff, but lacks proactivity. Upon arrival, we were looking for the elevator and the bellboy was standing there and didn't even show us where to go. According to the suitcase trolley, he was paid for it. The breakfast was excellent, but the hot dishes were not in thermo containers or heated under a thermo lamp. 2 types of toasted bread and wholemeal was from the fridge. I would expect fresh pastries daily for a hotel of this level. The equipment of the room, cleanliness, comfort, etc. is nothing to read. Absolute comfort. The brewery belonging to the hotel is great. Excellent food, beer unfortunately tries to be German, but just like German, it cannot equal Czech. But great by Southern standards. If I go to Plovdiv again for work, I will use this hotel.

Room cleaning is great. Even the 5 star spa hotel we visited on our trip did not have the same level of cleanliness. Try the amazing coctails at the bar next to the reception.

I wish that the beer restaurant, which is a part of the hotel, has curtecy tabels reserved for the hotel guests. We had a spontaneous desire to dine at the restaurant and were told in a very unpolite manner that the hotel guests must reserve tables like everyone else. We eventually got a table facing a column and felt unwelcome. On other occasions we did reserved a table and there were no problems with the staff.

That’s my favourite hotel in Plovdiv. It was my second stay and again very good service. Spotless and very comfortable bed. I recommend the breakfast at the hotel as well.

It‘s not related to the hotel experience but with the pub/restaurant, which is part of the complex. I booked a table for dinner at the reception. We arrived earlier. Even though there were quite a few free tables on the second floor ( Sunday evening) where we were seated, when we asked for a better table, it was refused. And I could understand if they are fully booked or they treat all their guests like that but later on other clients have been offered more comfortable seats, after their request…

The hotel was so beautiful! Modernly furnished, spacious rooms, and a pleasant space to be in. The attention to detail in the room for our comfort, not to mention including toiletries for our children, did not go unnoticed. The breakfast spread was my husband’s favorite part of our trip! Staff was friendly and accommodating for us coming in at a later hour and allowing us to park. Since we had a rental car it was not an issue to not be walking distance into the historic center. I wish we could have stayed here longer! One of the best places we’ve stayed at in a while.

Wish we could have spent more time here and tried the restaurant next door. Nothing to dislike!

Very clean and well maintained inside. The king size bed was very comfortable, bathroom had a nice size and the shower was great! Parking system works perfectly!

Reception was at times empty during smoking time of the staff. Quality of the breakfast could have been better. Vegetables were not tasty (as should have been in Bulgaria). Simple and healthy foods were missing compensated by sweet and oily foods. Coffee was just average vending machine quality..

Super clean, modern furnishing, extra care to quality in every detail - Lavazza or Julius Meinl coffee machines in every room, abundance of good quality toiletries, digital car plate recognition at arrival at the parking. Brewery with the best freshly brewed beer in town just a few steps away. Superb service at every step. Breakfast is paid but surpasses breakfasts at same level of hotels - try the pancakes - fresh home made and so delicious! Super comfortable and relaxing beds and overall the rooms are beyond what you can get at same level hotels. Well thought design and amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel as it exceeded my expectations when I arrived, the reception staff were friendly, and I was quickly booked in. My room was lovely and clean and had everything I needed. The bed was simply perfect, large, and comfortable. It had excellent Wi-Fi, tea and coffee and splendid views, my car had been pre-registered, so I was able to drive up to the barrier and automate let in. Later in the evening, I went to the beer house for some beer and an evening meal, again good service, tasty food, and excellent beer. Great night's sleep and was up and ready for breakfast, choice, quality so much to choose from of course excellent service, try the fresh honey still on the cone.

The facilities were excellent. We did like that the hotel had house beer. Staff attitude was great!

We didn't enjoy the breakfast. It was ordinary and you can get it everywhere else. But that's acceptable. We think that was maybe the best hotel were we've been accompanied in Bulgaria, thank you.
