Room was big, confortable (the pillows a bit too hard for us). The personal is very nice. Free parking in front of the hotel. The Aquapark is not included in the price of the room, but at the reception you recive a discount voucher (the price for 2023 is 15 bgn/person, the kids under 110 cm enter for free).

No fridge in the room. The location of the hotel is far away from center (10-12 min by car). The breakfast was so an so, at 9.30 everything was tooked away even so in the restaurant were still guests at the tables (do not be late because you'll not find any food after 9.30).

Location is great, very close to shopping mall, near supermarkets. This time we were in a renovated room which was a big plus.

There is usually breakfast included in the price. Currently they are renovating the restaurant, therefore we didn't have breakfast. The price for the room was higher than usual, not sure how I feel about it since there was no breakfast included.

Value for money is great, walking through big park to go city center, near is Bavarian style craft brewery with Bavarian restaurant, Dominos pizza, general store etc parking was spacy, chocolate to welcome you in room, smokers have ashtray on balcony

You can not make a cup of coffee in room as there is kattle, balcony was spacy but a bit dark, no small fridge in room

A good hotel that likely makes the most when the aquapark is actually open. I visited in winter so I never saw that. There was parking which is great. The staff were quite nice and responsive. The room was fine.

The bathroom was not spectacular. Clean but a bit on the old side.

Fabulous! The hotel, the view, the entertainment, the aqua park and breakfast! All fantastic, team very good, absolutely nothing wrong. we got free late checkout to enjoy another day at aqua park! You literally walk out of the hotel onto the aqua park which is beautiful! thanks to kristina from reception for all the help and information!

Spacious room with big balcony. Comfy bed, big bathroom with clean and numerous towels provided.

Thin walls + great luck with entertaining neighbours =. fun night 😽

Breakfast was sufficient.

Our Bathroom door did not lock. Also, having a child in the room, there was no child proof lock that would keep the door secure from the inside. So our child could open the door from the inside so little fingers could not open. Also, the gym should not cost money for paying guests.

Staff is very friendly, beds are very comfortable, anything you need is in a close distance.

Pillows could be better quality, cleaning could be more thorough.

Super calm and nice hotel with great staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Parking was free and also you get discount for the Aquapark that is close to the hotel

Everything was great, can think about more comfortable beds 🛌 but this is not a big issue.

Excellent place for the price that we paid. Very nice staff, comfort stay, panoramic view from the balcony, the hotel deserves 3-4 stars, there is an aquapark right there and you can have fun just for 5 euro per person, one of the shopping centers ia nearby - Plovdiv Plaza Mall, easy access to the center via several bus lines, buffet breakfast with all you need, possible late check out free of charge. I highly recommend and I would definitely come back.
