The room was very basic, but comfortable and clean enough. Good size for the money. AC worked well. Perfect location near restaurants, markets, tour pickup and dropoff points, metro station. You can see the Arc de Triomf from the door. Had a room safe. For the value, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. My wife, however, wouldn't stay anywhere that did not provide a new towel every day.

Towels only changed every 3 days. Not many power outlets. No fridge. No front desk.

The room was clean, with a good air-conditioning system, very silent. The location is perfect: metro station at the corner of the street, buses in front of the door and in 20-30 minutes walk you can reach all the main attraction: the Sagrada Familia, the Rambla, the Barceloneta... Was the perfect spot for us: comfy and easy! The neighborhood is fascinating with the Arch of Triumph, full of restaurant, bar, grocery stores. But also very quite and clean! Also the Touristic bus to discover the city, has a stop on the other side of the street. We met an employee at the check in who gave us all the info and code to enter the building and the room, but we also have a great communication with the property through WhatsApp and the chat.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. A couple of great cafés on the same block. Metro and buses just around the corner. Good info before arriving, easy self check-in. It’s a twostar accommodation and it’s what we expected. It’s ok and we were pleased.

Quite noisy, thin walls. And you can hear the trains from the underground. The beds were not very comfortable.

Location was the best. It was ideal for my daughter and I and we were delighted that it included a kettle and fridge. We felt safe with easy access to the Metro and various bus stops. We also loved all the coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and the Aircon was a bonus.

The pillows can be updated to new fluffy ones and perhaps supply 2 pillows per person. We struggled to sleep on the flat ones provided and nearly went to buy new ones.

Absolutely immersive location! Kind staff and lovely room. Definitely worth for price. It was our first visit to Barcelona, everything matched with our expectations. It was clean as well, mini-bar was available in our room. In sum, there's a huge district full with comic-book and graphic novels/manga merch stores which is 2-4 minutes walk by accommodation.

Walls were a bit thinner than I expected, however I do understand 'cause building was made in the 19th century.

Room a bit dark but I was not there to spend all days in the room, my goal was to see as much of the city as possible.

The location is amazing - The room is safe with complete privacy - The staff are outstanding specially the guy from peru & the lady - the ac was great - the shower is very well equipped.

A cockroach appeared in the room as soon as I arrived - the housekeepers did not clean my room for 3 consecutive days during my stay - They said they gonna put coffee in the room everyday but they never did.

the room was very spacious and clean! the bed was also very comfortable. the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s a 1 min walk from the metro station and the area also is super good! In the room you get a TV with netflix etc installed. also there is wifi available. would really recommend this accommodation if you’re staying in barcelona! :)

Absolutely perfect location for exploring central Barcelona, lots of incredible restaurants in the immediate vicinity (Restaurant Yue-Lai in particular!), and super close to the Arc de Triomf landmark. Our access to the property was completely by keypad so no risk of losing keys! We also received a free upgrade to a balcony room which really made the stay fab.

Unavoidable due to location but lots of noise from the metro line underneath the building so I wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper.

I loved the location! It was easy to get to everywhere that I needed to go, and it was close to the city center. The room was great, and I honestly didn't want to leave.

This was out of control of the landlord but the neighbors had kids that ran up and down the stairs screaming at all hours of the day. I did bring it to the attention of the host, and sent a video. He was very prompt in addressing the concern and was very reasonable in explaining that the other tenants were residents which was totally understandable.
