The hotel apartment was a very good value for money. I booked on the mid January and it costed me about £210 for 5 nights. We stayed in a hotel apartment in Turkey that was ideal for our small family — a couple and our six-year-old son. The apartment had two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds. In between, there was a washroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette. It was very clean and comfortable, especially if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep and shower. The hotel was located on a height, which made it slightly challenging to walk up to — not too steep, but you’d need strong knees. On the plus side, walking down from the hotel offered beautiful views of the blue sea. The location was excellent — close to BIM supermarket, two currency exchange offices, fast food outlets, restaurants, and cafés. Very convenient for everyday needs. We felt comfortable overall. The staff were kind and quite helpful..

Honestly, there were a few downsides. There was no hairdryer, even though we requested one, which we consider a basic necessity. Also, there was no dining or study table in the apartment. When we asked, they told us to use the reception tables, which we didn’t prefer. Room cleaning was available only upon request, which wasn’t made very clear.

We came as a big group and had 2 hotel rooms and a flat. The hotel rooms were nice and the location is great. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. When we ran into issues with one of the flats, they resolved the issue without problem and allowed us to move to another flat which suited us better. We stayed for a week and were quite happy with our experience. Very good value for money.

The flat we were given with 2 bedrooms wasn't cleaned and the furniture (sofas and the kitchen) was old and a bit worn out in the living room. When we raised the issue, the reception offered us another flat which was much better equipped and sparkling clean.

we are near in bosphors bridge . the room was really great . the hotel staff are kind . i enjoyed it .

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The location was busy but not too noisy, and very close to many cafe, restaurants and a street market. The only thing to note was that Ortakoy is very hilly and walking up to the hotel puffed us out, but then we are in the "older person" bracket. But would recommend this for short stays and being in the thick of the local action.

As I said above a steep walk to the hotel, but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

excellent value for money, excellent location at quite small street. not nosies at all but 5 min walk from main street. excellent friendly and supportive staff. room is just what we expected from small family hotel. our room was at ground floor with privet garden view. so we did not use air conditioner at all but open the window 24h. very convenient. fast free wifi everywhere at the property. highly recommend this hotel.

The members of the staff were very helpful; the owner helped me communicate with my private driver, who was late because of football-caused traffic. The room given to us was big and comfortable enough. Location was nice; near lively and happening places in Ortaköy and Beşiktaş.

Our room was not ready when we arrived, even though it was already late in the afternoon. It took around 15 minutes before we were led to our room.

It is a lovely, quiet and very comfortable place . The staff is outstanding, kind, polite and very reliable. I was living there alone around two weeks until my husband came I felt very safe. It is trustworthy. I was leaving all my expensive staff in my room without any tension

The connection of the WiFi was a bit poor

nice quite small hotel , very friendly staff , very good location , safe area Neighborhood to walk and do shopping ,I had a pleasant stay , overall I spent 3 lovely nights , I will stay again at this hotel .

there is one thing but I believe it is not applicable as the hotel is not a brand new hotel , there is no sound isolation , so you can here the noise of the next room , but I was lucky , the next room to me was not making any noise at night after 12AM

It’s a very friendly locally owned business. They’re very accommodating as I wanted to extend my stay. The location is great just a minutes walk to the ferry. It’s a calm place to stay in regards to Istanbul. There’s also a cute little cafe next to the property and the owner is great company.
