- Beds was comfortable. - we asked for an extra crib for our toddler and it was delivered within 5 mins to our door! - each of our kids got a complimentary mocktail, which was a big hit for them - location was great, next to a good shopping centre Ingesta - staffs were friendly and hardworking, especially during the busy breakfast time - swimming pool and sauna was great. We all enjoyed them

- the room gave a feeling that it wasn't very clean, and it was quite small - bathroom was weirdly shaped and also small - kids' playroom was too small and didn't have much to do there, not so many toys for the children - breakfast was decent but not so many options to choose from. - the room wasn't very well noise insulated, but not too bad

The breakfast was nice. There was a good selection. Since it is a family hotel, it's a nice touch that children had their own buffet table (both dinner and breakfast). I did wish though that in addition to the kid favourites pancakes, the table would have had fresh fruit etc. We travelled during July, so the hotel was very busy and at breakfast time you could really see this! As for adults, the choice was there, so no complaints. Loved the caramel iced coffee. In the room everything was nice. Bunkbed situation nicely solved with being able to fold it against the wall for more space if necessary. Loved the fact that there was a separate activity room for children, so if you wanted to eat your dinner in peace, you could. They even had a cinema (with popcorn and all) sitting for the kids for over an hour the evening we were there.

Cannot really point out anything. Maybe the location in the sense that if you're looking for a more central location then this is not the hotel for you. Also, please add more non-alcoholic cocktails (not bottled) into your bar menu.

Lovely, spacious clean room with comfortable beds. Very much enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant the evening we arrived. Amazing breakfast the next morning. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool is a bit small but the kids enjoyed it a lot.

The closet bunk bed for the kids was great but the bottom bed had no railing. We put small furniture and pillows around it to make it safe for our youngest. Door is not very soundproof, could here people walking in the corridor outside our room.

Friendly staff and great restaurant, the staff really engage and care about this hotel. Very well adapted for families. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would love to stay here again!

No air condition so unfortunately the room became very hot! We've traveled during the hottest days during summer and it's rare the temperature raises to those degrees though!

Kids liked the juice which was complementary. Playroom was good. Facilities were small but available like gym,sauna, swimming pool, kids play area. Free parking. Kids breakfast menu was kept separate and separate sitting area as well which was plus.

Family room could have been more bigger, would have loved to see more options in breakfast especially desserts.

Decent breakfast. Free parking. Beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom was alright. Good for a short stay without being in a busy city center.

You need to provide a creditcard. There was dust under the bed. The room and hallways were a bit dated.

Lovely breakfast. Out of town to get free parking which meant parking in town was difficult as a non-Swedish speaker. Loved the city museum and didn’t have time to finish the other one, and the art museum had such short hours we never got there. The whole industrial estate was fantastic. Meal in restaurant was ok and better than finding somewhere else to go. Room was good.

Wish they had a laundry. Running out of clothes and very hard to find a laundry.

A warm and welcoming environment with friendly staff. The buffet dinner was perfect for us and well priced. Lovely comfortable room and bed, and there was even a kettle in the room. Breakfast included in the price and very nice food for both meals. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Nice location for our trip to kolmarden zoo. Nice breakfast buffet. Nearby supermarket (ica), and some restaurants. Have all we need. Room is standard as it is. Have a small swimming pool. Kids enjoyed there.

tasty breakfast, nice reception staff, clean room, quite early check in and late check out, parking just outside the hotel

cleaning staff was very loudy just outside the doors (loud lough each couple of minutes)
