And yes.. in a town where you don’t feel very..welcome..you step in to the hotel and everyone are kind and polite with you, they are professional. I loved the staff to the breakfast, they were working fast but in silence, the room was very clean each day(we stayed for 10 nights). I can tell you that it’s the best option you have as the location is also excellent as it’s so close to center and their mall. Also its value of money for what you get. Thank you for not making us feel unwelcome.

We would love to park somewhere where we don’t have to pay 2,5 each hour.

The hotel is really well situated to visit the city centre and the Aachener Dom. The car park is attached to the hotel so no need to lug bags around for ages. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance as well as the possibility to eat at the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room faced the main road so it was very loud - sounded like a racing track at night so we had to keep the window shut. No major problem but the air conditioning was clunky as well. There were also no electric charging points in the parking garage although the staff had been told that there were.

The receptionist was very helpful and could speak very good English. The room was also clean. Even though the room window is facing the road where many buses pass by every hour, the sound insulation keeps it out. Laundry bags are paper bags instead of one-off used plastic.

The hotel lacked facilities, only have a small gym, conference room,dining area and drinking area. Not much to do during free time. Room doesn't come with toothbrush and toothpaste due to environmental conscious lifestyle here. Laundry service received back on the same day.

I really liked how clean and well maintained the hotel was. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated, and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the friendly staff and convenient location ,it made my stay really enjoyable.

The room was a bit too small for two adults and two children, which made it feel cramped. Also, there was no fridge in the room, which was inconvenient for storing drinks and snacks for the kids.

The hotel itself is good value for money and it's close to the main city landmarks. the reception staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We had dinner at the bar, which was simple, but good and the service was fine.

The area did not feel safe at all. We were greeted by a note in the lift saying there were car burglaries (which is fair enough in large cities). When venturing outside the hotel, we saw numerous drug dealers selling their merchandise and a lot of shady people in the street right outside the hotel. Police was in the area but didn't seem to do much. Only for this reason, I would not stay here again - which is not the hotel's fault because the hotel itself is fine.

For a price of 26 € per person, the breakfast was overpriced. For 20 min there was no bread, only 2 kinds of sliced cheese, only one coffee machine with long waiting. That is not sufficient for a large hotel and a Sunday morning breakfast.

The hotel is close to the city centre and everything you come to Aachen for. The hotel has a large car park which is a great advantage. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and communication with the hotel is seamless. For a shorter stay (2-3 nights) this is a good choice. The hotel welcomes dogs and means it. Pets are indeed welcome and the hotel is prepared and equipped for them.

The breakfast menu is good, but to take the egg melange and make scrambled eggs so that they form an immovable cube is really inappropriate for a four-star hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are not the nicest, but this is something the hotel can hardly do anything about.

We booked this room last minute, an hour before we wanted to check-in around 10pm as we had travelled from the U.K., the airline had lost our pushchair and our baby was tired. We were welcomed so nicely, with a sofa-bed ready for our child, and a bottle of cool water and tea making facilities in the room. I would like to point out that the staff is exceptional. Due to the situation with our pushchair, Ms Kira and her team went above and beyond to provide us with a pushchair the hotel lends to its visitors. She was so friendly and really made our day as we had been carrying our baby everywhere. Due to this, we were able to enjoy our family holiday, went on the Aachener Christmas market and all the way to the Netherlands for a day trip. Our little one even received a Christmas gift from the hotel reception, green cozy slippers. Thank you. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was outstanding. We had a shower and a bath and a separate toilet in the room. The night was quiet and warm. Thank you for your great service. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was well placed for our stay, and we could get to the train station with ease on foot. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly would help when required.

To get to the hotel on the main street, there is a section that is a little run down, nothing too bad but it was a little off putting, but its only one section, and then its fine again.

The room was very warm and the air con didn’t really seem to do much. BUT…. we mentioned this at reception and was offered a different room but that was just the same but when we git back to our room from being out all day they had put a fan in for us. Great service.
