The hotel is really well situated to visit the city centre and the Aachener Dom. The car park is attached to the hotel so no need to lug bags around for ages. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries within easy walking distance as well as the possibility to eat at the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room faced the main road so it was very loud - sounded like a racing track at night so we had to keep the window shut. No major problem but the air conditioning was clunky as well. There were also no electric charging points in the parking garage although the staff had been told that there were.

The receptionist was very helpful and could speak very good English. The room was also clean. Even though the room window is facing the road where many buses pass by every hour, the sound insulation keeps it out. Laundry bags are paper bags instead of one-off used plastic.

The hotel lacked facilities, only have a small gym, conference room,dining area and drinking area. Not much to do during free time. Room doesn't come with toothbrush and toothpaste due to environmental conscious lifestyle here. Laundry service received back on the same day.

The hotel itself is good value for money and it's close to the main city landmarks. the reception staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We had dinner at the bar, which was simple, but good and the service was fine.

The area did not feel safe at all. We were greeted by a note in the lift saying there were car burglaries (which is fair enough in large cities). When venturing outside the hotel, we saw numerous drug dealers selling their merchandise and a lot of shady people in the street right outside the hotel. Police was in the area but didn't seem to do much. Only for this reason, I would not stay here again - which is not the hotel's fault because the hotel itself is fine.

The hotel is close to the city centre and everything you come to Aachen for. The hotel has a large car park which is a great advantage. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and communication with the hotel is seamless. For a shorter stay (2-3 nights) this is a good choice. The hotel welcomes dogs and means it. Pets are indeed welcome and the hotel is prepared and equipped for them.

The breakfast menu is good, but to take the egg melange and make scrambled eggs so that they form an immovable cube is really inappropriate for a four-star hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are not the nicest, but this is something the hotel can hardly do anything about.

We booked this room last minute, an hour before we wanted to check-in around 10pm as we had travelled from the U.K., the airline had lost our pushchair and our baby was tired. We were welcomed so nicely, with a sofa-bed ready for our child, and a bottle of cool water and tea making facilities in the room. I would like to point out that the staff is exceptional. Due to the situation with our pushchair, Ms Kira and her team went above and beyond to provide us with a pushchair the hotel lends to its visitors. She was so friendly and really made our day as we had been carrying our baby everywhere. Due to this, we were able to enjoy our family holiday, went on the Aachener Christmas market and all the way to the Netherlands for a day trip. Our little one even received a Christmas gift from the hotel reception, green cozy slippers. Thank you. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was outstanding. We had a shower and a bath and a separate toilet in the room. The night was quiet and warm. Thank you for your great service. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was well placed for our stay, and we could get to the train station with ease on foot. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly would help when required.

To get to the hotel on the main street, there is a section that is a little run down, nothing too bad but it was a little off putting, but its only one section, and then its fine again.

The hotel itself was good and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room we had was quite small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast on offer was absolutely amazing, and it had the biggest choice we've ever experienced. Room had a mini fridge for putting your own drinks in, and the bathroom was separate from the toilet, which was good. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed.

Location - we've never been to Aachen before, but I didn't find the location particularly safe or nice, so we quickly found something for the kid's dinner and rushed back to the hotel. Parking was a huge public car park bellow the hotel and it was an extra 14Euros, which wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked. The pillows provides were small and uncomfortable, luckily we always travel with our own

There was a sofa bed in my room. Perfect for sharing. Breakfast Buffet had a good selection for vegan. The location was near to the plaza and the Church, all in walking distance. There was parking available, if you are staying for days pick up a car park ticket from reception 15 Euros a day. Elevator from carpark to Hotel reception for wheelchair. There were rooms for wheelchair access. Bathroom was very well designed.

Well, the hotel is quite well located, nearby the city center - walking distance. Which is very useful as I stayed just one night, used it as just like a break in my long distance drive, and could therefore see some parts of Aachen city.

I believe that there should be visible an information regarding where to park once you book the accommodation, as it was not very clear from the street signs where one should leave the car.

The staff was very nice, very clean premises, nice scent in the hotel, quiet (also in the night even if next to a road). Breakfast sufficient. Enough of warm meals (rather modest choice of vegetables, which we personally did not mind). The hotel restaurant had very delicious meal! Close to the centre and spa.

-When leaving, our parking card validated by the reception did not work. As we did not manage to contact anyone in the parking garage (Sunday morning) for around 10 minutes, we went back to the reception. At the reception, prior to issuing a new card, we were questioned if we tried to call everyone and received non-sense explanations of why the card did not work. It is not a big deal that the technologies did not work, but as a customer, I prefer to solve an issue swiftly without the “bla-bla” around, particularly when we kept losing the time.
