Queen Ann’s was such a fun place to stay. The theming was perfect for summer, or for a fall/winter stay. It was very quaint and the room was beautiful. We couldn’t hear anyone around us. The staff we met were all incredibly nice as well.

The parking is very tight. Large vehicles would not do well here. There weren’t any open spots in the front of either building one night so we had to stop and ask the person in the lobby where to park. Luckily they had a few more spots in the back but we wouldn’t have known they were there unless we had gone in to ask.

Location is good, about 1/4 mile from downtown. Was nice to have a place to park. pricey as we were on the tail end of the season over Columbus weekend but the leaves were lovely. they give duraflames to use in fireplace for free.

Breakfast could use some hot items, eggs, meat, potatoes. be aware there are no elevators. we were told upon arrival we would have to change rooms after two nights from 3rd floor to first because we used booking. ultimately, they arranged it so we could stay in our room the entire stay but that wasn't resolved until the morning of the expected shift and was never disclosed until our arrival.

The beds are great. Very comfortable. TV has cable and some on-demand options. The deluxe king room was worth it for the deck and extra space. Clean and quiet on the top floor. Same as in the pictures. The location was fantastic within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Reasonably priced and charming.

Parking was limited but had some farther away. Check in early.

Location was decent...a fairly short walk to downtown and the harbor area. Easy drive to Acadia National Park. Breakfast offerings were very nice, but breakfast eating area was fairly small.

Parking was free, but limited and could be hard to navigate. TV in our room was fairly "ancient" and remote features and operation were limited (no Closed Captioning, no TV timer, no streaming services).

We had the most incredible stay! We were in the Cabana cottage which was so cosy, modern and beautiful. We had the best nights sleep as the bed is so comfy!! A comfy bed is crucial after a day of exploring Acadia National park! A big shout out to the team who made our stay so special by leaving a bottle of Prosecco with a lovely note in our room - we stayed here for our honeymoon and they made us feel so special!

The property had so much character and was very conveniently located to enjoy both Bar Harbor (without needing a car) and Acadia. After Booking.com mixed up our reservation, the on site staff sprang into action and went above and beyond find a creative solution. They ensured that we had everything we needed and more and made our trip so special. We highly recommend and hope to return soon!

The bar on the property closed fairly early so we didn’t get to explore it, which was sad because every other part of the hotel was so much fun. Truly no complaints, Queen Anne’s was fabulous.

Fabulous room, loved the location as an easy walk to restaurants / bars / shops and a short drive to Arcadia and the surrounding areas, the stay was fairly expensive but worth it to us

Just a minor thing, we were given a voucher for drinks at the bar but all 3 nights we were there it was closed, shame as we were looking forward to chilling out on the veranda, however there were plenty of options to eat / drink nearby

Very cute, boutique hotel. Loved the vibe & the location, super easy to walk into town & the local supermarket. Comfortable lodgings.

Housekeeping wasn't the greatest unfortunately. Dirty glasses were left behind, bed was very roughly made (sheets weren't even on properly). Parking on site was great but very crowded at times which was a bit difficult, but I'm not sure what can be done about that. Staff were helpful when asked but could be more friendly. In saying all this, I would stay there again!

The rooms are spacious - high ceilings - huge, comfortable beds, big windows. We enjoyed the Black Spot next door and playing shuffle board.

The breakfast was sub par. It was mostly a buffet of pastries. Sometimes there were apples or oranges available. There were packets of oatmeal and you could pour your own hot water into it - no raisins or nuts or brown sugar. I think without a lot of additional expense - the hotel could provide hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toppings, cut up fruit. The bathrooms are large - and old style (because it's an old building) - there often wasn't any counter space. I'd recommend adding a side table next to a sink to put your toiletries on.

The location was ideal. It takes only a few minutes to get downtown to shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes to the Village Green to catch the free shuttle bus to Acadia National Park. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. Our room was beautiful. The light breakfast was a good start to the day. This was exactly what we were looking for!
