Villa in Lucca is in the perfect location, just outside the city walls to make it easy to access by car, but then allowing simple walking access to all the city during one’s stay. Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast and access to the snacks and drinks throughout the day. The Villas and rooms have an eclectic artsy feel. And then Lucca is just amazing - my favorite city in my favorite country by far.

I decided to stay an extra day after falling in love with Lucca so much. I found the second room in one of the other villas not quite as comfortable and the staff not quite as friendly. Still good, but not quite at the levels of Elizabeth and Lucrezia Villa.

This Boutique style Hotel is a beautiful place to rest and take in your surroundings. With a collection of special art and all the public spaces beautifully adorned with many Objects D’art. Met by the wonderful Elizabetta and made very welcome. Elizabetta has a good knowledge of the Lucca old town and restaurants, shops and places of interest to visit. The walled garden at the back of Villa is quiet, serene with Spring blossoms and birds chirping in abundance, even a quite friendly ginger tomcat willing to stop by, have some fuss then depart quietly. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and fresh, great selection of juices, coffee, cereals, fruits and pastries. The buffet was accessible 24 hours in case of the little hungers in between and there were water dispensers. The room was well sized, decent sized bathroom quite comfortable. The location was very good, free parking and walking distance to the Lucca Walls with the old town just minutes away.

noting noteworthy to mention here as the things we didn't like in Lucca had got nothing to do with the the accommodation itself.

The location, so close to everything! Shopping, The Wall, transportation and food! My room was soooo very quaint, comfortable and welcoming with beautiful views of the back veranda and yard. But what truly made our experience a most treasured one…Elizabeth and Andrea! These beautiful women were so sweet and made us feel like kings and queens! Both made the very best cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life😋. They also made sure that all of the delectable goodies were there and available for us in the kitchen 24hrs a day! Missing y’all😢🤗. Will definitely be back to Lucca and will absolutely stay here again!!! ❤️

No elevator so depending on the location of your room, you’ll have to carry your luggage up the beautiful marble staircase

Perfection location just outside the city center. Staff was amazing. Special mention to Elizabeth who was always there to assist me wether booking me taxi, helping store my meds, giving valuable tips for Lucca. She is simply amazing! My room was huge! I had a separate receiving area outside my room. That’s where all my luggage went. Bathroom had an old school bidet which was cool. Breakfast was the usual European breakfast of cold cuts and assorted breads and fruits. I would highly recommend booking this place! It’s a gem!

I would have liked it if they at least had English news channel.

This stay was a last minute booking which turned out to be among one of our favorite parts of our trip. Lucca was a wonderful city to visit and the location of the hotel couldn't be better. The facility was immaculate, our room was huge and the staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious each morning and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a generous size and the shower was perfect. We honestly had the best stay and we were sad to leave.

Our stay was too short!

Elizabete was a very friendly and nice host. The room is as shown in the pictures. Very nice property with back garden. In 5 min walking you cross one of the doors to the historical centre and also the walls, so location is excellent. Also, private parking was extremelly convenient. Breakfast was excellent with fruits, fresh bread and croissant, juice, charcuterie, cheeses, egg. Very complete breakfast. Everyone there is very nice! And if I go back to Lucca I will stay there again.

Very good location just outside the walls and only approx 1km from the rail station. Very tastefully decorated, clean, breakfast was very nice with coffees made for you and food was available through the day downstairs for after you arrived or for those coming back to their room - a very nice touch

Nothing to report on the bad side

Very convenient location, just outside the old city gate. Took several minutes to walk to the old town centre. Free parking space inside the villa backyard saved the trouble of avoiding the ZTL. 24-hour free drinks and snacks served in the breakfast room is a bonus. Friendly staff. Room is spacious and the bathroom is airy. Hearty breakfast served in the lovely garden under shade on a sunny day made my day!

The location was excellent - a short stroll from the station, and close to the old town. The breakfast was excellent: huge choice of foods, including yogurt, fruit, juice, croissants, cold meats and cheeses. The hotel has some nice areas where you can sit and read a book, and an outside space for when the weather is nice. The staff are very nice. Our room was not huge, and lacked space for storing luggage and could have done with some drawers for clothes.
