Great location - walkable to the town in 10/15 mins and right next to Glen Nevis. Quiet despite being near to the road. Facilities were great - everything we needed and more. Detailed touches eg spare toothbrushes; little flowers in the towels; basics in the kitchen ie salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc ; games; appreciated. The apartment was generally clean, beds very clean and comfortable. We slept really well. We liked the decor and there was loads of space. We could have easily had another three people staying. Good car park facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

Not much but in the double room en suite shower room, some maintenance issues - black mould on the seals in the shower; some minor paintwork needing freshened up; Sitting room marks on the wall possibly where a TV had been? Needs freshened up. We felt the cost for 2 nights was a bit much.

Convenient comfortable well-equipped apartment on North side of Fort William about 15' walk from train station & town centre. Views of Ben Nevis from just outside car park, at beginning of road to mountain. Neil very helpful with instructions and arrangements. Easy to get into apartment. We really liked having 2 bathrooms & roomy living/kitchen room. Good parking space.

A bit difficult to understand recycling arrangements! One bin outside for general rubbish, another for all paper, bottles, plastics together.

Well equipped kitchen and well furnished bedrooms/lounge in good condition especially for pet friendly apartment. Good clear instructions on waste management. In a central location with parking for a car Helpful and responsive apartment manager Neil.

The TV pin was not known to enable us to use our own Netflix. There was a smell coming up the shower drain which cleared after notifying the house keeper.

The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location was quiet and approximately 20 minutes walk from the towns high street. The kitchen was well equipped and lounge and dining areas were spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the washing machine, drying rack and the availability of the heating to assist clothes drying. We also liked that recycling of refuse was available.

Nothing to dislike.

Many pillows provided. Very clean towels and linens. Lots of storage space in the rooms. Kitchen had adequate equipment. Hot water for shower was working well. All shower essentials provided. Bins were all lined and ready for use. Everything was perfectly prepared and ready upon check in.

Bed frames were a bit too short. Needs more shelves and hooks in the bathroom.

An excellent apartment very clean and well thought out with thoughtful extras which were appreciated . My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day visit and would happily return for a short stay. We were especially grateful that our small well behaved dog was able to stay with us . Location and parking excellent also contact with our host . I have to give praise to the lady cleaning another apartment who took the time to ask if everything was okay . We have stayed in many holiday properties and she does an exceptional job to a high standard.

The bed was my only disappointment we found the mattress very soft an upgraded mattress would make a huge difference to the quality of sleep .

Very well laid out apartment for a family of 5 and fully equipped which makes life much easier with 3 kids! Location is top notch, away from the hubbub but close enough to the town Centre. Excellent communication with Neil who has been very helpful throughout. Recommended.

As a smoker I felt bad taking stubs back indoors so as not to litter, an ashtray in the garden will help keep this beautiful part of the world pristine as it deserves nothing less!

In a perfect and quiet location just a short walk to both the town and Ben Nevis. Checkin/checkout could not have been easier and Neil provided all the info we needed beforehand via message. Lots of parking, really comfortable beds and spacious rooms for 4 of us to sleep in. Bedding, towels, etc were all provided and there were even some spare sealed toothbrushes, flannels, cotton buds etc for if needed. Coffee pods, tea bags, sugar etc also all in the cupboard which was also a nice touch. Kitchen was fully equipped for self catering but there are also lots of local places to eat as well.

Nothing we didn’t like! Only tiny suggestion we thought of would be to have large umbrellas for guests to use / borrow whilst staying.

The apartment location is fantastic, it is possible to walk to Fort William city center and there is a bus stop nearby too. The kitchen has everything you need (cutlery, pans, glasses, etc) and the washing machine was very handy as we were on a long trip. We really felt at home during our stay. Would definetly recommend and stay here again. Unfortunately we did not get to meet the property managers as the check in and check out are handled by email but they seem to be the nicest people from the messages we have exchanged.

The beds were on the soft side but this didn't keep us from sleeping well and having a wonderful time there!

Apartment was extremely clean and had everything and more that anyone could ever need. Apartment was within walking distance to Jacobite railway which was the purpose of our visit and Morrisons supermarket was behind the railway station which was extremely handy.

The end car parking space had an area which goes up to a boulder, which couldn't be seen or felt when pulling away ended up ripping the seal of the car on it, a few kerb stones would easily sort that. But not really the fault of the owner.
