Loved the concept the family have done to renovate old properties in the village and give them a new life. It was great fun wandering around the village to go for breakfast etc. Buildings were old but all in great condition and clean. Quite a lot of stairs to climb for our room though, made more challenging whilst being 6 months pregnant! Staff very helpful. It was nice to see the lady owner involved in the day to day operations. Breakfast in the village restaurant was wholesome and yummy. Going there for dinner was good but on the pricey side. It has held Michelin stars in the past, but not clear if they still have one though. Parking was a short distance away but all instructions and support from the staff was great to help us find the property.

Breakfast only started at 7.30am - would have been helpful to start at 7am as we had to rush for our plane afterwards

We had a wonderful stay and were impressed by the warm yet professional welcome upon arrival. The property is beautiful, and the staff made a real difference with their attentiveness. In particular, the bar team stood out for their professionalism and genuine friendliness, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. We also greatly appreciated the early check-in and the option of breakfast boxes, which proved to be a smart and practical solution.

Overall, it was a very positive experience, marked by thoughtful details and a high level of care.

Spacious and comfortable. Friendly check in and lots of opportunities to take advantage of discounts at the hotel’s other shops, spa, etc if you have time. Appreciated access to a shared kitchenette with tea.

Check in is a bit confusing because there are so many instructions. We parked outside the wall/ztl and texted the front desk to meet us at the address (there isn’t a person there, but they’re nearby at another property). Just need to bear with the lengthy instructions, but it was relatively quick.

The layout of the hotel is super interesting and a special experience for sure. The different facilities were spread out and it made for a resort-style feel. The staff at breakfast were wonderful. The hotel lobbies were lovely places to sit and work. Parking in the area is very easy and accessible.

The wifi in the town (overall) isn't strong. It's possible to access wifi but it's hard to find a spot with strong connection. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator, not an issue but would've been nice to know in advance.

Beautiful surroundings, great restaurant and outstanding service - we felt very well welcomed, and the welcome prosecco and eggs with truffles for breakfast additionally surprised us positively. The surroundings are also amazing, we will gladly return there again, especially since the price in relation to quality is really good!

The room was in the centre of the beautiful village of San Quirico. The check-in worked wonderfully. There is free parking outside the village. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and the service there was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in our room was very small and narrow.

Great stay overall! We loved this little town, and the whole concept of this B&B is super smart. The breakfast was by far THE BEST we had in Italy! and the staff were super helpful.

The parking was a bit far away - we got into a bit of trouble carrying our stuff to the room...

Located in an unique medieval village. Close to nature. A specious and clean room.

I was missing a coffee machine, electric kettle and some glasses and cups in the room. Also there were few toiletries in the bathroom.

A fancy place in a cute little town! Perfect stop on our tuscany road trip. We also got a nice upgrade, the room was beautiful. Recommend!

We booked our stay on the same day and directions given by the hotel on booking.com was a bit off. But we managed to find it after a while!
