A decent hotel with a little bit of a luxury feel close to the airport. Nice rooms, big bath. The shuttle bus starts at 5am so it's practical for an early flight. It's also quick and cheap to get there by taxi from the airport. (Baidu maps will show you the correct directions. There's a turning a few hundred meters before that goes to different hotels in the same group which may confuse your taxi driver.) I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn't at all, at least for a room with a sea view. English ability at the front desk varied but they were all really sweet and helpful.

They say you have to phone them 24 hours ahead to arrange the shuttle bus. This is a bit of a nuisance as you may not know in advance, and the English ability of the front desk varies depending on staff. If they can't just make the shuttle bus guy always show up at the appointed time (maybe it would be there even if you didn't call, I'm not sure) it would be helpful if there was a web form or at least an email address to arrange it. Also the room smelled a teensy bit musty and they ask you not to open the windows. Hotel wifi didn't seem to use a VPN (which IIUC the more international hotels will do) so I had to tether through my phone to reach a lot of western websites.

The lobby was beautiful and the room was very big. The bath and shower were great. The design and aesthetics were very nice. Breakfast was convenient and offered a variety of options. The restaurant and room service are fairly priced and tasty. The waitstaff at the restaurant were very kind and accommodating. The bedding was very comfortable.

Overall, I was very satisfied. These are things that could improve for my situation: more English-speaking staff, wifi-instructions at check-in, buffet was good but not all food was ready at open, explanations of the offered facilities, There isn't much around the hotel but there is a vending machine with some stuff.

It was a beautiful well fitted hotel. Room - very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom amazing - large bath with view outside and great large shower space too. Easy shuttle to airpot. Food from restaurat was good and they, on request, delivered to our room as room service.

Nothing much anywhere close - we like walking local area but this hotel is really distant from anywhere. There is another hotel near and a kids park - tis did not seem to be open - we possibly there outside there season. Minimal wine or wine glasses anywhere - cannot buy by the glass - so do come prepared if you like a glass of wine at the end of your exploring day. Payment by our credit card at the hotel was all good but do remember places and taxi external to hotel = it's easiest to have local chinese money.

The location was great for catching an early flight at Shanghai Pudong airport - and they offer a free shuttle bus to take you there which is helpful. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, nothing missing at all. Breakfast was also good with a big buffet selection to choose from.

Directions to the entrance could be clearer as our taxi driver didn't know how to get there and we ended up going to the hotel next door for help!

Room was specious, staff great and just easy 15mins taxi ride from the airport. We loved all the entertainment for kids - pool, animals and a kids playground. The restaurant buffet was delicious and some of the chefs went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Bus shuttle from the airport could be easier to arrange - we would have to wait too long so took a taxi. Pool was a bit cold for us so we didn't go in. Carpet in our room had a fair bit of hair on it.

This hotel is perfect if you are looking for a stay before a long flight. It is very close to the airport and the its rooms are big and comfortable. I am very satisfied. The breakfast is very good but needs some improvements in order to be excellent.

The hotel should have more restaurants inside or offer more food because the location is very far from the city center. Despite this, close to the hotel there is a wonderful restaurant with good pizza.

The staff went above and beyond here, they were so friendly and the room was incredible. I had such an amazing time and I was only there for one night! Wish I had stayed longer.

Fabulous staff and facilities, they really could not do enough. Made me feel very welcome. The swimming pool is fabulous.

Massage is over priced, more expensive than Europe and no matter which one you book, you get a standard chinese massage. Very good standard though. Don’t bother with the pre hold on your credit card as the restaurant and spa want paying direct, thus nothing can be charged to your room.

The staff were super nice and helpful with booking shuttle and calling taxi. They prepared lots of complimentary drink in the fridge. The hotel is quite new, room is spacious and clean. Their breakfast is a hit. My family had a very good experience during our 3 days stay.

We were one of very few people in the hotel and was disappointed that the Airport shuttle bus only went first thing in the morning or last thing at night. If we knew this, we would not have booked
