The staff is very helpful and always sweet and cheerful. She was willing to help us keep our luggage safe at the reception although there were 17 of us and we were too early for check-in. We could leave our belongings and travel to the city as soon as we arrived. She even offered to get my wife some hot water when she heard that she wasn't feeling well and quickly arranged for a cleaned room to check in. The hotel is just next to the train station where S1 runs. Very convenient to get around and there's also a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Great location only 3-5 minutes from your room to the train platform. The restaurant was closed on Mondays, but would have offered a viable option. Reception was welcoming (closes at 9p, so make alternate arrangements if you will be later). Entire facility was spotless, room was a nice size and comfortable. Small town offers a wide variety of dining/drinking options. Travel time to Airport 10 mins, Munich City-30.

Loved everything, only comment would be to offer at least two pillows per person. Pillows were paper thin…..I am sure if we were not late, and I noticed it earlier, they would have provided additional.

The gal who checked me in was extemely helpful. She spent a generous amount of time with me, helping me plan my route for the next day (using public transportation in a country other than my own). Room was good. Bathroom was clean. Shower was amazing with great pressure and hot water. Close to the train station.

The sauna was unavailable. I checked in late and checked out early. I understand why they wait to turn on the sauna until a guest requests to use the sauna (to save energy), but it would've felt amazingly wonderful to sit in the sauna after a long journey (and to sit again before departing). This would require the property to leave the sauna on almost all of the time, which I am in favor of.

It was close to the airport, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, there was an elevator and plenty of parking. The room and bathroom were good sized. There are plenty of gas stations, grocery stores and food places to grab somethimg to eat.

Because of it's location, I'm sure it gets a lot of use. It is across from the train station and close to the airport which is why we stayed there. The rooms were sufficient, but a bit old and outdated. It worked for our one night stay.

they did not have my booking. The receptionist eventually found it - but not the updated booking - just the original booking which was just one night from the following day… and very dismissive that it was not their problem. and really annoyingly waited until booking retrieved before saying that they had rooms available - this should have been the first reassuring thing she should have said! the hotel was definitely not full and very disappointingly I was given a tiny room in the roof on the top floor. my brother and wife had a lovely room and charged slightly more - I hate it when I am penalised for travelling on my own. The restaurant was closed for annual holiday while we were there - very irritating that this was not advised on booking.com

Customer service was awesome. Left my bag in the storage room because I had a trip to Italy in-between my stays and it was waiting for me in my room upon my return. The restaurant even threw some sandwiches together for us after they were closed because we hadn't eaten. They went above and beyond! Can't beat the location. Literally across the street form the train station.

We had 4 rooms, all were neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel location is perfect for those who want to take trains everywhere. Its right across the Neufahrn train station. Breakfast spread was good and had options for vegetarians as well.

2 rooms were bigger and had better view and ventilation than others. 2 of the rooms were little smaller. Nothing to dislike though.

The hotel is well situated for anyone who wants to have easy access to both Munich and the airport. It's literally across the street from an S-Bahn stop -- and don't be put off by that, because it's not loud. The hotel personnel were wonderful, not only those I interacted with in person but also those I communicated by email with before our visit. We had to leave too early for breakfast, but our dinner in the hotel dining room was very tasty.

We love this hotel - it is our second time there. It is spacious and characterful. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are always helpful. It is situated in a pleasant village which is easy to walk around, and there is also a path alongside the fields at the end of the village. Best of all, it is only a stone's throw from the train station, which is only a 10 minute ride to the Munich airport.

We were flying from Munich home and need a good local hotel for one night. I read reviews that said this hotel and town were good and convenient to the airport as well as the train line. That proved to be true -- two stops from the airport on the S1 train, yet still a real German town and hotel. Hotel was great, dinner and breakfast were great and the people were friendly and warm. Highly recommended.

No complaints at all.
