The room was super clean, and the location was fantastic. Check-in is a little quirky but once you understand the keyless process it was not an issue.

Skip the breakfast and go to a cafe instead. The The room was a little tight on space however the value makes any small inconvenience worth it.

Room was clean and decent size. Good location near Charité, there is a very good backery nearby if you don't book the breakfast, good transport connection.

No staff for check-in or check-out, everything is done with a machine.

The breakfast was relatively good, although without an omelette. Internet worked stable. It was possible to avoid unexpected delays. Relatively clean and beautiful.

1. It was very loud: a bell in a church, construction works, beeps from some devices, infinitely screaming children. 2. A liquid soap bottle under the shower was empty. 3. The automat printed the room ticket only in the second attempt (it was in the night, completely without the personal, a technical problems with the check-in automat were extremely undesirable).

We loved the location, near the east train station. We liked how the room was divided with a sliding door so the other person could have some privacy.

The room we stayed in had 2 windows that were ill placed, one looking into the shower and the other into the toilet area. The bathroom door was a sliding door, and it wasn't big enough to cover the opening of the bathroom door, it was lacking the privacy that one would want in a bathroom. It needed a shower curtain because the glass partition didn't stop the water from going onto the floor and running into the bedroom. The receptionist (not sure if that's his title) was unfriendly and appeared to be grumpy. Not sure if he liked his job or just tolerated us.

U-bahn station right outside the entrance. Slightly off the street so reduced road noise. Pretty straight forward check in. Spacious and clean rooms

I had prepaid my room through booking.com. When I arrived I had to make payment on the self check in screen and no one available to help manually sort this. Bathroom in the quadruple room is a strange set up with the window in the shower facing the bed. Minor things really

Really nice modern hotel close to the city center, very well connected. Spacious and clean room with very comfortable beds. Hotel is placed in the backyard, so it's really quiet inside. Having the keycard on the phone is the best thing ever. Breakfast had everything there.

Shower window is too large for a three-person bedroom - maybe could be fixed by a clear matte foil or something. Bathroom was flooded quite easily as there is only a half wall instead of a door. Not a dislike, but as a note - no lift inside.

I requested a specific room which is situated downstairs and also with separate lounge area. This was very comfortable as my son was operated on at the Hospital across from the Hotel. Due to the fact that he was crutches it worked out wonderful.

Overall room size was good. The bed sizes were really good. The decoration was simple and nice.

The room was not super clean like under the beds or the bed side tables. There was a lot of acumulated dust clearly was not vacuumed in a while. The temperature of the room even with the heating on was not cozy. We could feel cold air coming from below the window slabs, the isolation is not great and should be improved.

This courtyard is super lovely! I woke up every morning with church bells and I opened my window with fantastic views.

The sound proof could be better, normally it’s alright but when you have noisy neighbors it could be disturbing.

Self check in worked well and basic accommodations in a central location to the train that was quiet at night.

Nowhere to store luggage during the day and no staff present for assistance in case it was needed.
