Safety and privacy of the hotel rooms are up to standard. Peace and quiet is guaranteed

Do something about the bird droppings. May we please be alerted/told when the garden services are coming so that our cars can be moved in time to avoid them getting dirty

I liked the accessibility of the place, the friendliness of the staff and the facility it self.

The payment machine had network problems, such that I had to go withdraw cash at a nearby shopping centre to make payment.

It will always be my first choice of accommodation when I'm around Middleburg, no doubt. Like the back up power, comfortable rooms

I'm trying so hard to think of what I did not like about this hotel but nothing comes to mind.

I like the fact that it is reasonable price wise. Comfortable as well and that even when there is load shedding back up is always there.

Besides the bird droppings on cars 🙈, I don't think there's something that I don't like

The location was excellent. Close to the town and all the shopping centres. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect….the room was great except the bed is a bit hard and the pillows, but non the less the staff were super amazing and welcoming I loved everything and would definitely come back

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. The staff was friendly and reception was excellent, Everything including garden looked good and left a good impression. Will definitively use this facility again,

Wifi should be free for guests. i stayed in room307 and both cold water taps leaked. the shower needs a lip to stop the water going on the bathroom floor

I was welcomed with opened arms. Booking in process was flawless and the room given was superb.

Due to loadshedding, I experienced an inconvenience twice whilst staying over for 1 evening. Their back up generators were chosen not be started due to excessive fuel cost.
