never had the breakfast ; the cleaning and support staff were excellent - the folks taking orders around the pool were very nice ; bartenders did a nice job

there were some amenities in the room that were missing ( pizza cutter) - the cold water around the pool areas was not replaced when it ran out ; need more " water coolers " - i wanted to know the protocol for valet parking - is it customary to tip each time and then how much ?

My family loved our stay at the Hyatt Residence Club. We had a wonderful view of the ocean. The two bedroom two bath was spacious and made our stay so comfortable and made us feel like we were living an extravagant lifestyle.

I wish they did not have the yoga every morning right outside because the music from that activity woke me up every day at seven a.m.

this was a well maintained property with a great pool. All the rooms have an ocean view. the staff were great and responsive. the beds were comfortable and it was an absolutely lovely stay.

It was outstanding & I’ll go to all the Hyatt Vacation Clubs wherever they are. We had a great time.

Location is ideal. Great facility with staff that are very competent. We had no issues the whole time we were there.

The TV SUCKED. THE REMOTE SUCKED. The cleanliness of the pool chairs was horrible. Having the pools heated at night time would’ve been awesome. Having more than 2 towels when I came would’ve been awesome. More stuff to offer like the next door Hyatt would’ve been great. If people wasn’t allowed to sit in my cabana that I paid for that would’ve been great, but overall my stay was good.
