Had the most amazing experience in this beautifully built resort. The location and architecture is amazing. Well equipped rooms/villas,cleanliness always on point, beautiful pool right in front of the beach,one can spend a whole day by the pool. The staff is really nice. They go above and beyond to cater the needs of their guests. Food was good. Beautiful breakfast spread and the high teas in the evening. Overall a wonderful and memorable experience. P.S They upgraded the room over a minor inconvenience. Always going to remember that.

Can put some work on the beachside.

-The staff are tireless and extremely friendly, we don’t to mention a particular name, if not, we would need to mention a lot of names. -The resort is well looked after. -The beach has parasols and sun loungers and the beach is clean and very white. -The breakfast is very good and the food is very good (we had lunch and dinner at the resort). -The resort has a calendar of weekly activities for adults and children alike. If you're at the resort on Saturday, stay for the BBQ night, you won't regret it. -The resort has a shuttle bus to old town is several schedules during the day and night. -Many other good things can be said about the resort, such as the happy hour at the pool bar, the rooftop, etc. but the best thing is to go and try it. -We did not receive any monetary or other compensation from the resort for making this review, however this review serves to show how much we enjoyed staying there.

Pretty quiet resort that just re-opened after covid hit it hard. Should be 4 stars due to lack of cleaning (see photos).

Not high cleaning standard, in rooms and in restaurants. Beach very dirty. Not kept clean buy hotel staff. There are a lot of staff members doing not much: assign them to clean up the beach. Plastic all over.

The property is well maintained, clean all round, Fabulous Breakfast, Great Staff. Pool is sparkling, Facilities above standard all round. They have a shuttle bus which will take to town several times a day, free of charge.

Beach is great to look at from a distance, but not for swimming, and a lot of rubbish seems to gather on the shore.

This is a secluded, beautiful beach resort located about 30 mins from Hoi An. An ideal choice for those who want to relax, while having many options for tours in the region. The warmth and hospitality of the staff were outstanding: one day, our son lost his teddy in the kids club, and Huy at the front desk went through the images of the CCTV cameras to find it. He also gave us a free upgrade halfway through our stay. Many thanks to everyone who gave us such a warm welcome.

We visited at the end of the rainy season, so it was too windy to swim in the ocean.

-There are no words to describe the friendliness, attention and care of all the Hotel staff. -This was our third time at the Hotel, we were there in 2023, 2024 and now in 2025 and there are two things that do not change, the attention of the staff mentioned above and the state of conservation of the Hotel, it seems that time does not pass. -The Hotel is well looked after and this year we had something new. The Hotel decided to invest more in the beach space, by placing more sun loungers and parasols. -And now for those who prefer the beach to the pool, there is new beach bar, where you can order just a drink or have a full meal. -The Hotel continues to have a calendar of weekly activities for adults and children alike. And every night there's a theme, like sushi night, BBQ night, etc. -The Hotel continues to have shuttle bus to old town is several schedules during the day and night but you can ask to be dropped a long the way in other attractions. -One thing is for sure, this was not our last time in Hoi An nor at Bliss Hoi An, we will be back!

Everything other than the food(sorry chef) was incredible. Some eastern, some western, unfortunatelty missed the mark. In saying that, we'll be back as all other facets were truly incredible

Beautifully presented rooms, very clean, lovely gardens and very well kept. Had everything we needed and wanted. Buffet Breakfast was delicious- good fresh, quality food. all Amentities were well serviced, pool area beautiful, bonus pool bar and ability to order food easily. Excellent resort.

My only small issue was that it was half an hour from Hoi An Old Town and shuttles were not as regular as I would have liked. But there's plenty of taxi's/ Grabs you could get for a small fee if you got stuck.

Breakfast was great and very fresh with friendly staff. Location itself was very relaxing with great facilities. I would also like to give a very big thankyou to the following..Phe, Suong and Boo who looked after me above the call of duty. I hope the spelling of names is correct. They are are credit to Bliss with the level of service provided and it was very much appreciated.

Location it is a long way out from Old City however if you plan the shuttle service right not a big problem

Beautiful location and garden. The indochine room was super spacious, beautiful and the bed was 2,20cm. Perfect with our kids. breakfast buffet was awesome with many options.

Neighbors super loud, karaoke music all day long. Quite long transfer to go to town and no real restaurants directly in the neighborhood. Restaurant food for dinner was ok, but not extraordinary. Unfortunately a lot of the tastes and sauces same as from breakfast buffet. Almost nobody can speak or understand proper english. Kids playroom was existing, but you could feel that it was just there for existence, not to serve the need of kids to play. Washing was quite expensive and we only registered after departure that all washings came back dirty.
