This hotel was fabulous - the pool and facilities were definitely 5 star. The breakfast buffet was so good, so many different options and cuisines. We left feeling very full every morning. The room was very big, which is a luxury, lots of room to hang clothes and store shoes and suitcases. We ordered some food from The Cove to our sunbed by the pool some days for lunch which was fabulous. Overall hotel location is quite remote, however they offer a shuttle into the old town every 2 hours and the return on the way back. It was otherwise easy to organise a Grab Taxi to pick us up or drop us off. My husband played golf at the adjoining golf course and LOVED it. They offer a large discount to play if you are staying at the hotel so ensure you email them before booking to get the discount. The shuttle took him to and from the course and he said the course was top tier.

The only thing is the shuttle doesn't run every hour - sometimes the shuttle time didn't work with our plans so we would need to get a Grab Taxi to take us into the old town.

Fantastic resort with amazing value for the price. Facility looks brand new, very clean, and beautiful. 24/7 staff service via What’s App, outstanding breakfast, good AC. The rooms and pool area look like paradise. Big kids area. Didn’t check out the casino but looks great too. We also stayed in Grand Sheraton Danang but liked New World Hoiana much more.

The location is a bit far from everything so it’s not the most accessible for delivery services. But it was very easy and cheap (about $5-7) to get a Grab into the city as the cars were always parked at the resort. I did not mind being away from the city center as the resort was very quiet and peaceful surrounded by a farmer and fisherman village.

Fantastic new modern hotel, beautiful large clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was amazing (best ever!). The facilities were great - huge pools plenty of cabanas, free bikes / trikes, wide choice of restaurants. Very peaceful - no crowds, the pools were empty - only saw other people at breakfast! The restaurant prices were reasonable, given they have a captive audience, since there is nothing else around. Located right on the beach, which was pretty clean and safe to swim (patrolled).

The "free airport transfer" is a little misleading - a shuttle bus which goes once every 2 hours, so we ended up getting a Grab rather than waiting around for an hour.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoiana New World Beach Resort in Vietnam, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and friendliness were unmatched, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, ensuring she had an amazing time too. The resort’s facilities are world-class. We had a beautiful room on the top floor with stunning views of the property and ocean. We loved the outdoor games, the stunning pool complete with a waterslide, and the beach just steps away, where activities were hosted daily. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff greeted us warmly every morning, adding a personal touch to our day. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the resort surprised us with a beautiful torte and a handwritten note on our first day, congratulating us on the occasion. To our delight, after a delicious dinner at their Italian restaurant, Obiltan, we returned to find another exquisite cake and note in our room, thanking us for our stay. These thoughtful gestures made the experience even more memorable. The shuttle service into Hoi An was convenient and made exploring the area easy, even though the resort is a little out of town. The staff and their level of customer service was truely the highlight. Shuttle bus to Hoi An could be a little more frequent, however Grab is easy to use and cheap enough to get in and out of town.

All of the Hotel staff and facilities at the beach resort hotel were very friendly , professional and catered to all needs. I encourage all Australians who visit to be kind and patient with the language barriers (remember English first language) and be respectful of the country you are visiting.

The detractor is the Casino. The security person and front staff in red when we attended were extremely rude to the point we decided not to enter. A real detractor from the resort overall.

We went as an extended family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and everyone loved the resort. The rooms are very spacious and new. The facilities are awesome - so many pools, kids club, gym was well equipped. The food at the Italian restaurant was excellent. The buffet spread every morning had a huge variety and the restaurant was beautiful. We loved our stay there.

We had to pay extra for the kids to be left at the kids club, which is fine by us, but the attendants there were not very engaging. If they were more passionate and engaging it would be much better.

Amazing hotel with great facilities, pools, restaurants, properly trained staff with good English, absolutely beautiful rooms. Even though the weather was gloomy, we had an amazing time, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting central part of Vietnam and wanting to unwind. Such a treat and relaxation! Worth all the money spent there.

My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to give more introduction to the guests upon checking in on all the great facilities that the hotel offers (restaurants, cafes, pools, sky bar etc) showing it on the map.

I had a wonderful vacation here, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for holiday. The restaurant is excellent, i buy tickets for lunch at Quang Nam House restaurant and the food is delicious and cheap because you can enjoy food anytime from lunch until 7pm. If you want a larger room with a better view, I suggest staying in a suite room. I paid extra to upgrade to suits room and it was definitely worth it. The best part was the very friendly front desk staff. the receptionist thuong and tri made my family’s stay unforgettable, they helped me upgrade to a suite for the best experience here. And shoule be visit HoiAn in the evening to experience the local culture. I will definitely return next year with my family.

The room is beautiful, with modern design, and the bed is very comfortable. There are many activities to enjoy at the resort, especially with free access to the spa facilities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The service is friendly and attentive. The front desk staff always greets guests with a smile and provides enthusiastic support when needed, especially Jesse, Kate, So Ny, Kelly, and Daisy from the Guest Relations team. Thank you all for providing such great experiences and making us feel as comfortable as at home. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Everything was lovely, the grounds very well keep, plenty of options for bars and restaurants, the swimming pools were very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the room was just perfect, great size , very clean and comfortable, the view was just amazing. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, very smiley . The free shuttle minibus to Hoi An town was great, as we went out mainly every day. The hotel did exceed our expectations. We couldn’t fault anything, definitely recommend and will go back soon
