Selection of foods exceptional for size of hotel. Varied choice to meet all tastes, especially for vegetarians and vegans. Exceptional salads as well as catering to meat lovers too. The Spa services are second to none and very reasonably priced. The staff there are fantastic as well as the staff throughout the resort. The hotel is modern, stylish and exceptionally clean as is the whole resort. They decorated our room for our special occasion and set up a decorated romantic table on the beach for us. Superb pool and plenty of sunbeds.

Evenings are quiet with no little atmosphere around the roof top or beach bar, which might suit some people. Most guests go into Hoi An, where there are ample of restaurants, bars and shops. but it's a 30 minute shuttle either way. last bus back is 9pm, but taxis/Grabs are available which are reasonable.

The resort is stunning, exactly what we had hoped for our downtime during our travels through Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing. The family room was incredibly spacious and lovely and clean and we had a fabulous view from our balcony. Even when the weather wasn't great, it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony and watching the lightning storms out at sea! The complimentary shuttle into Hoi An old town was good and the daily activities and free bicycles were also great. The pool was better than we had expected and we wish we'd had more time to spend there. We didn't want to leave.

The resort is quite remote (which is not a bad thing!) but it would be good to have a convenience store for drinks and snacks for those who don't want to leave the complex. Also more food variety/choices for dinners would be great as there were several nights that we didn't want to make the trip into Hoi An but with only 1 restaurant our food options were limited.

Pretty much everything. It’s one of the smaller resorts in the area with a relaxed feel. The grounds are lovely, very well maintained and lush. The spa treatments were good and they have free activities daily.

The location is just a bit further from Hoi An old town that I expected. There is a free shuttle operating 4 times a day so once you get your head around that, it’s fine. The restaurant in the evenings lacked some atmosphere but you couldn’t complain about the food, very good standard of food.

Our stay at Bliss was exceptional. The hotel took care of us and our needs, we enjoyed the quiet location, the frequent shuttle to Hoi an Old town, to Vín wonder, a nearby theme park, they organized trips for us. Food in Vietnam is great and the same applied to the hotel. We had a great stay of 10 days.

I would have enjoyed an adult pool, but was absolutely fine with one pool for everyone as it is quite big

Had the most amazing experience in this beautifully built resort. The location and architecture is amazing. Well equipped rooms/villas,cleanliness always on point, beautiful pool right in front of the beach,one can spend a whole day by the pool. The staff is really nice. They go above and beyond to cater the needs of their guests. Food was good. Beautiful breakfast spread and the high teas in the evening. Overall a wonderful and memorable experience. P.S They upgraded the room over a minor inconvenience. Always going to remember that.

Can put some work on the beachside.

-The staff are tireless and extremely friendly, we don’t to mention a particular name, if not, we would need to mention a lot of names. -The resort is well looked after. -The beach has parasols and sun loungers and the beach is clean and very white. -The breakfast is very good and the food is very good (we had lunch and dinner at the resort). -The resort has a calendar of weekly activities for adults and children alike. If you're at the resort on Saturday, stay for the BBQ night, you won't regret it. -The resort has a shuttle bus to old town is several schedules during the day and night. -Many other good things can be said about the resort, such as the happy hour at the pool bar, the rooftop, etc. but the best thing is to go and try it. -We did not receive any monetary or other compensation from the resort for making this review, however this review serves to show how much we enjoyed staying there.

Beautiful resort with large spacious rooms and a view to die for. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast with so many delicious things to try. The pool were really nice and so was the ocean just in front of the resort. A perfect place to relax and be pampered.

Pretty quiet resort that just re-opened after covid hit it hard. Should be 4 stars due to lack of cleaning (see photos).

Not high cleaning standard, in rooms and in restaurants. Beach very dirty. Not kept clean buy hotel staff. There are a lot of staff members doing not much: assign them to clean up the beach. Plastic all over.

The property is well maintained, clean all round, Fabulous Breakfast, Great Staff. Pool is sparkling, Facilities above standard all round. They have a shuttle bus which will take to town several times a day, free of charge.

Beach is great to look at from a distance, but not for swimming, and a lot of rubbish seems to gather on the shore.

Pool, grounds and rooms were excellent. Also the shuttle bus system worked really well. Breakfast and lunch really good choices. Dinner less attractive compared with Hoi An options
