The Riverside Homestay is an excellent choice in Hoi An. Despite its proximity to the town center (10-15 minutes by bicycle), it offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The well-connected surroundings make it easy to explore key attractions like the old town center, An Bang beach, rice fields, or a basket boat tour. Kiet and his lovely family, the owners, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The delightful breakfasts and a memorable dinner invitation on our last night enhanced the fantastic experience. They also managed our laundry and taxi transfers. Our rooms mirrored the advertised pictures, showcasing a tasteful interior design. The homestay was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our time at this homestay was truly outstanding.

Lovely Homestay with a beautiful family. Couldn’t be more welcoming. They arranged our pick up from the airport and drop off to Da Nang station (via marble mountain) They have lovely cool Aircon rooms, a fantastic swimming pool, tea and coffee facilities in room and a mini fridge with beer and treats (extra but very reasonable). There are lots of bikes to borrow for an easy cycle into Hoi An old town (very touristic but interesting) - only takes about 10-15 minutes at a leisurely pace. On our last night they prepared a free family dinner for all the guests - it was wonderful to be able to share a meal with the host and the other guests. The host could not have been kinder and the Homestay is a real family effort. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thanks

We stayed at the property for 5 days and we had a great time. The host and his family were great—warm, friendly, and always helpful. They even invited us to have dinner with them, which was a great experience. The included breakfast was exceptional, and the location, just outside the old town, was perfect for us. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach the old town by bike, and the ride is really enjoyable. Plus, they provide free bikes at the property which is quite conveniet. The entire place is clean, well-maintained, and has a lovely outdoor space to chill. I definitely recomend this place

Kiet and his family were amazing hosts, I arrived quite late and he still personally checked me in and took me through activities and experiences I could do while staying in Hoi an, the accommodation was phenomenal, with probably the comfiest bed I've ever stayed in abroad, the room was large with enough space to comfortably move around in, the bathroom was nice and tidy. If you're someone who likes walking the Old Town is just a 35 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride (they have bikes available for you to use) and the location is enough out of the way you don't get any noise from the main road in Cam Nam island. They do a family/Guest dinner at least once a week and it was a really cool experience eating local/traditional food and getting to know and understand Kiet and the vision he had when he started the homestay - This is an amazing example of how a homestay should be handled Thank you Kiet and family!!

Kien and his family are just beautiful human beings. We feel so grateful that we could spend time with them and for everything they did for us. Villa is so nice and clean exactly as on pictures, breakfasts were very good and the pool just awesome. Also location is really quiet but super safe and just 15 mins cycling to the old town (you can rent them for free :)). We got invited for dinner but also breakfast out and had a chance to taste some local food which we would have never tried. Kien also arranged tours/tickets/taxi and basically everything for us. 120% recommend it! Thank you for having us, we had so much fun and enjoyed the whole stay🫶

Kiet and his family were a very friendly host and helped us with all our requests. The homestay has very nice large rooms with good beds, a nice view and a small but atmospheric pool which almost feels like a private pool! They also invited us to join family dinner which was very tasteful and pleasant to talk with Kiet and other guests If you want to stay in a quiet place but still close enough to the Hoi An Old Town by bike (10 min), then this is the place to stay. Thank you Kiet for a great couple of days!

The homestay is not located at walking distance of the Old Town so to get there you can borrow bikes for free (10 min ride) or use a taxi. You’ll get a peaceful place and environment in return

The loveliest place we have stayed in Vietnam!! The property itself is beautiful and in a really lovely location on Cam Nam island so really peaceful overlooking the river, yet only 10 minutes by (free) bike to the Old City. Lovely pool to cool down in after a hot day sightseeing. The breakfasts are amazing, so much delicious food offered!!!! You won’t be hungry afterwards!! However the main reason this is a wonderful place to stay is due to the owner Kiet who is truly one of the kindest and most generous people you will ever meet!! He welcomes you into his home and really makes you feel like part of the family, and we so enjoyed sharing a meal with him and his family and the other guests on our last night. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Hoi An - thank you so much Kiet!! 🙏

Away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, giving an element of local life and Vietnamese community. See rice paddy’s, local residences and river views.

It’s a little spot tucked down narrow lanes with twists and turns. A little night drama to find your way, but absolutely charming and throwing local neighbourhood and cultural vibes. All neighbours paused to offer navigation, so we weren’t really ‘lost’. 😉

I had an amazing stay here. The people that own it are so lovely , friendly and helpful . Very clean, comfortable room and great breakfast. I would definitely recommended this to anyone . Set in a nice , quiet part but not too far from the Old Town and they have free bikes to use. Also was inivted,along with the other guests, to a delicious home cooked meal on evening.

Kiet and family at the Homestay were really friendly and professional. Kiet gave us good suggestions and ideas for what we could do and see while in Hoi An. The rooms are big, clean and the beds are really good. The breakfast was tasteful with the option for both Vietnamese and European food. On one evening they invited us and the other guests for dinner with the family, if you get that opportunity I would recommend you to say yes. Good food, good conversations and laughter filled the room.
