Everything, the family are very friendly and kind. My teenage daughter was staying up the road at her grandmother's and the family very kindly allowed her to borrow a bicycle and also allowed herself, brother and little sister to use the swimming pool,all at no extra cost. The room is very comfortable with both shower and bath. The breakfasts are perfectly adequate and the swimming pool, as clean as a whistle. It's not far to the old town either,walking or riding a bicycle,and can i recommend the friendly Thanh restaurant and Cafe just up the road,run by the friendly and helpful lady Giang.

Great place!! Very friendly staff and a great vibe, the included breakfast was a nice touch and upon asking the vegetarian options are great. I ended up having to go to the hospital in hoi an, my boyfriend was still at the homestay and they kindly gave him a lift and got him to me really quickly, the receptionist was really kind to always ask me if I was feeling better after it all happened. We extended our stay a few times so we stayed in three different rooms all were very comfortable and clean with smart TVs so I could recover with Netflix! Also we arrived very early on the first day off a night bus and they let us check in early and pay for an extra half a day. Thank you so much for your kindness green hill villa!

Fabulous pool, but not enough chairs. Lovely gardens, comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff

Very noisy disco across the street. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Reception is not manned during the day so couldn't get pool towels.There was a big group in and because it's such a lovely pool, the adults were there until late and the kids were noisy in the pool at 6.30 am. Not the hotels fault I know, but it made for a less enjoyable stay.

I loved staying here. The pool is in excellent condition, place is clean and tidy and the rooms are clean with toiletries and fresh towels everyday, as well as a room spruce up. The thing that made this stay so worth while, were the staff there. They really went above and beyond and it made it a highlight of my stay. I came with my baby, they were so accommodating, loved playing with him and she even helped me at some meal times. It made the stay special and showed the heart they have. Thank you so much guys.

There is a little distance from the main hub. I didn't mind the walk as you go past alot of local living, the grab motorbike was only 19,000vnd. It's worth it overall.

We were upgraded by the team to the Deluxe room which was great, on the ground floor we could just walk out into the pool area. The beds were comfy and the pool was delightful, open all times of the day.

The bathroom was bit a dated, and missing a shower curtain, however still pleasant. The pool would have leafs on top which we would need to clear when using the pool.

Nice little hotel which is relatively new, and in great shape. We loved the garden swimming Pool. The rooms are nice and large with classic wooden elements. Staff was super kind. Nice touch where the brand new bikes we could borrow.

It is a 20min walk to Hoi An city center. However the street is not busy and it can be a comfortabele walk. Cab (40k) is a good option for returning home.

Friendly staff, we got lots of information about different sights and tours. Breakfast is very good with local food, western food, fruit and fruit juice. Swimming in the pool is wonderful. You get bikes for free which is great to go to the beach or explore the city centre. We even got a room upgrade.

Hotel is very very clean, the staff is most friendly and most helpful, They prepare for you very delicious breakfast. Hotel has a really nice and clean pool in the garden and is open 24/7. Don't worry it's a little bit away from center - you get privacy outside the busy streets and honking in the center. I really enjoyed the stay. Will come back when i return to Hoi An.

The Room was really big, breakfast was good They offer free bikes, which we loved and used to go to the markets

They only had half of the breakfast dishes on the menu one day, because of fullmoon

Everything is perfect. Breakfast great. Room super big.Laundry service excelent . We got there 2 am they open for us , gave us a room for a little extra since we were so early.
