Everything, Mai and her family are the most beautiful people and they run this bespoke 8 room hotel treating their guests as family. The rooms and facilities are first rate. The personal touch's such as the home cooked local breakfast is sooo nice and the food is spectacular. I cannot rate this stay high enough. Thank you Mae, you made an absolutely lovely stay on Hoi An something that my wife and I will remember forever. I promise that we will return.

The property has beautiful interior and was always clean. Mai was an amazing host and made me feel just at home. She gave me recommendations for my future endeavours which was so helpful. She also organised a trip for me. She went above and beyond for me and always was making sure I was comfortable. I was sad to leave Mai and would definitely return if the opportunity arises. Thank you! :)

This villa was truly exceptional! Our host Mai was so kind and welcoming and really helpful, organising a boat and cooking tour for us (which we recommend if you have time), renting us a moped, and doing laundry. I was also impressed by her attention to detail when it came to the creation of this space. Every bit was honestly exquisite! We decided to plump for the slighter larger room, so that we could enjoy the use of a balcony. We’re glad we did, as it was really large and luxurious, with a massive comfy bed, plenty of seating and storage, along with a spacious bathroom. (I personally enjoyed having a hot shower whilst the sun was setting through the window beside me!) Breakfast was delicious, with something new every morning, from pancakes, to fresh fruit, to banh mi. And Mai was able to accommodate my vegan requirements also, which I appreciated. As for the location, it was perfect for us, as we could walk to the old town within about 10minutes, whilst we took the moped to the beach on another day. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

It is on the island of Cam Nam just over the bridge from the old town. Hence it is quiet but very accessible. Family owned, the boss will go out of her way to help fix everything you need if you so desire. Need a tailor? She knows several who will make your new clothes beautifully overnight. Boat trip with the lanterns - no problem, pick up next door. The temples at My Son? Would you like the morning or afternoon tour? Breakfast also varied and flexible time wise. Award winning building design.

I really liked this place a lot and give it a 10/10. This beautiful boutique hotel has a very unique archy-architecture which found very creative. All elements are carefully chosen and the murals at the reception and at belle Etage are very Instagramable. The rooms are also beautifully designed and mine (201) had a cost balcony which is perfect for a rainy day. The host Mai made sure all guests have a wonderful stay and makes sure your stay is unforgettable. The location is a little outside but this is exactly what I love as Hoi An becomes extremely busy after 3pm and it is nice to escape from the increasing overtourism. The hotel has bikes for rent at a very cheap daily rate of around 2$ per day. In the morning you get a freshly prepared breakfast and you can sit at a nice communal table and get in touch with other fellow travelers if you like. After breakfast I liked to hang out at the pretty long pool in case you are up for some lanes.

The best thing about our stay was the lovely host! Thank you again for arranging everyhting from scooterrental, airport transfer, beach-club booking and room-change to add additional days to our stay. Everthing was effortless and well arranged. Surely there are people not used to it, but for me the breakfast is a highlight too; the hosting family tries to present guests with the local cuisine and serves a different breakfast every day with a local touch. We loved this and it really is something special. For those not in love with all asian kitchen, don't you worry, the breakfast is made such that it is approchable for everyone and with this host I am hundert percent sure that any deviating wishes are accomodated directly. The accoomodation/rooms are great and have won prices for the design. As the town is a 15min walk away, free bikes are avaliable and can take you around town. Also renting an scooter is an option (have the parking situation in town explained if you are not familiar) I can only reconmend staying here with all my heart.

Surely there are some flaws in the design like Toilet in the same room as the shower or a huge window (with blind) in the shower. However these are minor things. Also some basic maintenance is due, as the humid air and airconditioning do result in stains below the units from water/moisture. We have seen this in almost every accomodation. Also some people have addressed concerns about the upkeep of the (free!!) bikes. However I can assure you this is perfectly normal and in every place in Vietnam and they do their job just fine. All of these are however minor points and I really can only highlight my pleasure we had in this place

Stunning hotel with a homely feel thanks to the amazing host Mai. The building itself is a great design and the rooms are large and beds comfortable. The pool isn't large but perfect to cool down, and again very nicely designed. We didn't ask for breakfast since we wanted to try the local Mì Quảng but they offered us a coffee anyway. Location is just on walking distance from old town, but they also have bicycles, and taxis are never far away. Next time in Hoi An we stay here again!

A beautiful villa with a really helpful host. Mai helped us arrange activities, made suggestions of beaches and places to visit and cooked us a wonderful breakfast each day. The villa was relaxing and the pool was lovely to cool off at the end of the day. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The villa is about 20 minutes walk from the town, but has bikes available which makes it only 4-5 minutes. It's lovely and peaceful.

Owner is the best person! Very helpful and kind. The villa is very beautiful, relaxing place, you can rent a bike from the owner and get to the old town in couple minutes. Unfortunately our kids had health issues during stay, owner was very supportive and helpful during this unfortunate condition. Thank you a lot! Because of you it was a little less stresssful! I hope to visit you again one day and explore Hoi An more in good health

Absolutely everything from the very beginning. May our host greeted us with a welcome drink, information, was always available for our questions with a very helpful and kind manner. We spent 3 nights in this beautiful environment, loved the pool, the dining area, our room with balcony, spacious designed bathroom. We were offered breakfast options, local noodle meals, also egg and delicious local fruit. As it was poring down one day, we've spent our day in the spacious dining area with May and later with her family, talking about Vietnam traditions, food and were offered also a taste of their meal for dinner. We recommend this hotel even though it's not located in the city center, as we've walked there easily (2km) by the river. Around the corner there is street food available, bahn mi, banana pancake, etc.. also a little shop. May helped us with our coconut tour booking, taxi to the airport and even allowed a late check out, which we truly appreciated.
