Windbell Villa is located an easily walkable distance from the ancient town of Hoi An, providing a quieter setting that still feels part of the action. The staff/owners of Windbell Ville were friendly, helpful and very attentive to our needs. 10/10! They offered service like bike and motorcycle rentals and laundry (done on site), in addition to tour, show and transport bookings at reasonable rates. Breakfasts were very nice. Meal choices were from an a la carte menu and accompanied by tea, coffee, fruit juice, and a selection of fruit an a snack each day. Our room was large, with a nicely appointed bathroom and a balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. It was lovely to come back from our explorations each day to a cup of tea or coffee seated on the balcony. Tea, coffee and water were provided in the room each day, and while we didnt use the mini bar, there were some other drinks available. I loved the use of refillable water bottles, especially when one sees the amount of plastic pollution in Vietnam in general! I would choose to stay at Winbell Villa again.

There were aspects of the room that were a bit tired. That said, we could see that the owners were making efforts to refresh rooms at Windbell, as work was being done in another room. This was never intrusive on the peace and tranquility of our stay. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but it may suit others. I dont love wetroom style bathrooms, However, it was clean and the water drained quickly and it didnt stay wet for too long.

The location is brilliant. An easy walk into the old town, which you can do beside the river, avoiding the traffic. The rooms are spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. A very large shower room with lovely hot water. The owner is a really helpful guy and helped organise our outings. He looked after us very well and was attentive.

The breakfast was a bit limited. There was a choice of egg, pancake or pho. Coffee and tea were often only warm. There was some fruit and some biscuits. The fruit juice was quite nice. The roll served with egg was crisp and tasty.

The Windbell is a small family run business that do everything in their power to make sure that your stay is the best it can be. It is on a pretty flower and tree lined road with other small hotels and small cafes. The swimming pool is clean and cool and the rooms are huge, airy and modern whilst retaining an authentic Vietnamese feel to them. Breakfast is lovely, as are the other meals you can purchase for lunch or evening meal.

There is a small road at the front of the property which can be noisy sometimes with scooters but that is the same in all of Vietnam as the Vietnamese go about all of their business by scooter it seems.

Excellent family-run hotel. Located about a 10–12 minute walk from the center, so it’s peaceful yet still very close to everything. The area is quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. There’s also a swimming pool. The owner is kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything you need. The prices are very reasonable, and the room rate includes a good selection of breakfasts. He also offers airport transfers at a great rate — even cheaper than Grab!

- Clean and spacious room with basic amenities provided. There’re small balconies with the two rooms we booked. One even had a kitchen! - Great and friendly staff. They try their best to help and make us feel comfortable. - Hotel is big with pools, parking, rental bikes. Rooms are spaced out so no loud noises from neighbors and privacy is not an issue. - Very accommodating when it comes to pets since we had our dog with us. - Good price for the room and service.

- Air conditioner works but cannot adjust the temperature. - Not located in the center so have to walk for a bit

Difficult to put into words just how friendly, accommodating and supportive the family running this lovely appartment house are. From the very moment of booking they supported us with arranging transfers, day trips and went out of their way to make sure we have a good time. Breakfast was excelltent, the room was spacious, the balcony was inviting as was the pool. Excellent value for money, with the tourist center of Hua Hin just a 15 minute walk away.

Very nice and calm hotel, the room is spacious, clean and very confortable. Love the many fruits and yogourt at breakfast. The pool is also super clean and such a relief after a 40 degrees (Celsius) day. A nice thought is the refillable water bottles in the room, really appreciated! (I wish you a safe delivery!)

Just the 2 scooters that I rented that were bit dangerous if you are not use to... no speed indication on both, lights not working on one (didn't need on the second one) and would be nice to get phone holder option for solo travelers.

Super accommodation in Hoi An about 15 minutes walk from the center or you can rent a bike for 40,000 VND/day and you will be in the center in few minutes. We also used the laundery (40,000VND/ 1kg) - and it was also perfectly fine and done by the next day. the owners were so kind that they accommodated us already at 12:00 and on the day of check-out they allowed us to leave our luggage at the accommodation and even take a shower before the long bus journey. breakfast was also excellent. thank you very much for your warm attitude.

Good location away from the busy area. It's only a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the main tourist areas. Host very friendly and very helpful with arranging transfers.

Due to humidity and rain, room had a damp feel about it.

Really lovely hosts, the best we have stayed with in our trip through Vietnam! They booked a bus for our onward travel, recomended things to do in Hoi An and were just generally incredibly friendly. The villa is great - super clean and spacious and the breakfast is good too. It's also ideally located only a short walk from the old town. Highly recommend!
