In our journey to discover the beauty of Hoi An ancient town this time we chose Quin villa. Right from our first steps here, we were welcomed by the warmth and enthusiasm of the receptionist, who answered all our questions and suggested places to go. , things to do in Hoi An. The villa is located on a small island with a 5 minutes biking to the old town and a 12 minutes walk. The perfect location so you can sleep soundly every night on a comfortable bed without fear of being woken up or disturbed by noise. The room is large and completely clean, delicately decorated and has excellent soundproofing. They also have free bicycles so you can freely enjoy the poetic beauty of the heritage site early morning. Fresh breakfast with pancakes and fruit, homemade yogurt, and a choice of delicious eggs! The cute dining area next to the pool with views of the quiet river and grazing water buffalo made us don’t want to leave. Everyone here always smiles and is immediately there when we need help. Or a cup of ginger tea when unfortunately my husband caught a cold because of the rain, it made him much better. Really appreciate! The architecture and decoration of this place come from the owner and his wife, which also shows the enthusiasm and love they have for this property. They also have their own Mekong tailor shop where I ordered a blazer and evening dresses and received perfect products down to every detail. Don't hesitate to come here to enjoy your wonderful vacation like the way we did and will come back any time we come to Hoi An!

Lovey spacious and clean room with nice balcony and great views. Watched the water buffalo swimming in the river. Friendly staff, even made me a surprise birthday cake and sang me happy birthday so sweet!! Arranged massage for us with a moped transfer. Good location, slightly out about a 10 minute walk to busier areas Nice pool and sun beds. Simple but good breakfast

Right from the beginning, perfect online communication with Vi and Nhi, the receptionists, who later turn out to be extremely friendly in person, speak excellent English and are ever so helpful!🙏 The hotel itself is on the boutique side, pretty and chic. The bed and pillows were among the nicest I've had in various types of accommodation in years. Good air conditioning, a very nice balcony overlooking the river, and very kind cleaning ladies. Excellent breakfast buffet, including homemade yoghurt and different little local snacks every day. Wonderful coffee, too. The pool is small but sweet and it does cool you properly after a day of sightseeing.

Loved the location, close to everything but still quiet at night time. The cleaning was exceptional. The best I’ve seen - very thorough service to the rooms every day. Loved the pool. It was undercover and perfect for staying out of the direct sun (this was one reason we chose this property). As we were travelling with another family (both families had children) the layout of the building worked perfectly. We were all on the same floor. When we were having trouble booking for a show in Hoi An, Nia helped us book tickets and made everything run very smoothly. Nothing was any trouble. Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Quin Riverside Villa! The staff were amazing—always friendly and happy to help. Special thanks to Nhi and Vy at reception for being so kind and helpful, and to Lai, who took such great care of our room. Also thank you to Huong and Loan for the lovely breakfast service. Our room was super clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The villa has beautiful views of the river and a nice swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after exploring the town. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the hotel also offers an excellent tailoring service. We ordered two blazers, a trench coat, and a dress—all beautifully made at a great price. The tailor shop staff were incredibly sweet—our son even adored one of the girls and kept asking if we’d go back! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An. We’d love to get back!

This accomodation was somewhere I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. It only has 10 rooms which means it is not to bust or overcrowded. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean with the biggest and most comfortable bed you can imagine. The bathroom was perfect with a very spacious walk in shower with good water pressure. Only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town so no problem at all. The property offer pedal bikes free of charge which we took advantage of on a couple of occasions.. Lastly the staff, they are absolutley brilliant. They are friendly and helpful and always happy to see you and offer advise. We really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights.

One small thing was the room on the road side had works going on outside which wasn't brilliant but nothing the hotel could have done about this. Maybe request a room riverside if any available.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Queen Riverside Villa. The place was impeccable – beautifully kept, clean, and full of traditional charm. The view over the river is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area where breakfast is served and the refreshing pool. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the old town, which might seem a bit far at first, but it’s actually perfect. It’s away from the city traffic and noise, so it's peaceful and ideal for relaxing after a day out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the owner is a genuinely lovely person. We really felt at home and left very happy with our stay. If we ever have the chance, we would love to come back!

Great location, outside the Hoi An old town proper (about a 10 min walk), so it's as quiet a spot as you can find in the area. They provide bikes for free if you want them. You can also book various activities in the area at the reception. Great breakfast, buffet with a lot of fresh fruit, and the kitchen staff make eggs whichever way you like them. You can eat it outside, with view of the water buffalo roaming. The room was enormous and very comfortable. Nice and cheap family run restaurants down the street. If you want to see the hustle and bustle of Hoi An old town, but would like a quiet place to retreat to, look no further.

Wonderful place, with a very peaceful view, lovely owners and staff. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, Mr Ho and Mrs Van truly put their souls into their work. The breakfast and the pool are great. The island is calm, with nice restaurants and message spots. Town and beach, could be easily reached by bicycles offered by the hotel for free. The way to there is nice and fast. On top Mrs Van is an amazing tailor and we can’t recommend her enough. We ordered silky blouses and dresses and they turned out so unique and beautiful.

The Quin was an amazing place to stay. Sadly I had a cold for three days and had to stay in my room but I can tell you that the beds are really comfy and the room was super clean and new. They upgraded me for free to a room with river view and it was so beautiful to wake up to the sight of some buffalos in the water. The hotel staff was so nice and caring and the breakfast was yummy and fresh. You really see that they take care of the property because it was spotless everywhere and no water damages or else. I can absolutely recommend to stay here when you come to Hoi An!
