Tinh was an amazing host! Her smile every morning brightened our day. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the place is close to the city center. Beautiful location, highly recommended!

There was a dog in a small cage in the garden. The cage was definitely too small, and the dog was barking early in the morning (not blaming the dog). Please find a bigger place for the dog where he can be happy! I think guests would appreciate that very much. Also, two more pillows for the chairs would make sitting on the balcony much more comfortable :)

The service was very good. The people there went out of their way to help you, and make you comfortable. We had 1.5 rainy days and the recommendations for indoor activities were spot on! (Bamboo circus is a must see!!) Tickets for the Hoi An memories show were arranged, payment was settled afterwards. Laundry service was great and cheap, within 24 hours turnover. Nice breakfast, but be aware it is traditional Vietnamese breakfast and you eat what you get (trung op la, pho, mi quan, etc.), so no continental breakfast or buffet. For me and the Mrs. 100% satisfied but we noticed some westerners were not used to Viet breakfast and then cannot stomach it ;-)

We were asked what time our first breakfast we would like and said 8am. The subsequent mornings we got a wake up call at 8am as well. It was fine since we then had more time to spend during the day but be aware that you will get accommodated ;-) If you want your room cleaned & fresh towels that day make sure to mention it explicitly at the reception. We forgot to mention one day and the room did not get cleaned but requesting new towels was no issue at all. The location is slightly further out from the old city center but still manageable. Real close to the Hoi An memories island.

Beautifully designed room, huge and confortable bed. Location is a bit outside of the tourist area but it is just 10 min walk, there is a supermarket nearby and some places to eat. Staff were very nice. We had late checkout for 50% of the room rate which was very convenient

Not hotels fault, but we were woken up at 5 am by a street vendor in front of the hotel, she was at her cart very loudly chopping something, repetitive annoying sound as if someone was hammering in nails nearby. sounds silly but in the quiet street and not very soundproof balcony doors it was very noticeable. Even my husband woke up, and he normally sleeps very tight. We even whistled her, but she couldn’t care less

The location was good; just a short walk across the bridge to the old town. During my visit the street right next to the old town river flooded, but the location of this Villa was not affected, hence a safe location to stay during rainy season. The main staff at the reception is friendly, and he speaks good English.

The rooms are not sufficiently sound-proof, as a light sleeper I often woke up from sounds from outside, even from people speaking in normal volumes. Also, the dark-colored wooden furniture and deco make it difficult to find mosquitoes. However, this problem can be solved by bringing an electric mosquito repellent or something...

The overall experience was amazing. Mr Adam made our stay more than pleasant. We used the laundry service and our clothes were folded, ironed and had such a nice fragance (even better than home!). Location is great, not within the mess of the centre but 10 minutes away by foot. Also walking distance from the Hoi An Memories show. Some nice family owned restaurants in the area. Breakfast is served at a very nice salon with a great view. Expect traditional vietnamese food for breakfast. Loved specially the Cao Lau.

Room was a bit too humid at times, but I think its the norm in Hoi An by the time we went there.

Very well laid out establishment run by Adam the manager who did a very good job of making our stay comfortable, he was always reachable on his phone if and when required, The hotel is located on the island just opposite the main area of Hoi An but a walkable distance, All in all a good stay and will not hesitate to stay there again if revisiting.

Perhaps the only downside was a fixed menu for breakfast, no real a la carte being catered, might prove to be a challenge for vegans / vegeterian folk , the food tho very tasty and certainly edible

Location: short walk (10 mins) to the Old Town across the bridge, great for us as not too near the busy streets Staff: Adam at the front desk is a treasure! he welcomed us and was so helpful with food recommendations, directions, even helping to suggest tours etc. He is amazing!! thank you, Adam!! the security staff and the ladies who help at breakfast are also amazing! Breakfast: wow! local food, different every day when we stayed for 3 nights, plus fruit. delicious. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor which opens up to a balcony with great view. Room: spacious and huge bed, hot shower and good water pressure, we had a room with a balcony, which was great to sit at and watch the street below. Art pieces in the room and all around the hotel is beautiful! no lifts/elevators, FYI.

The location of this small hotel is excellent, on Cam Nam Island, just a short (10-15 min) walk over the bridge to the Hoi An commercial and tourist center. It is thus quieter, yet there is still a good choice of restaurants in the hotel area, with excellent "local" food and prices cheaper than in the main tourist area. Our room was at the back of the hotel, facing a lovely garden opening out on to a small river. Hence it was very quiet, and the breakfast served on the balcony an unexpected bonus. The receptionist, Ms. Tinh Le, was very welcoming and ever helpful. At one point she even gave me a ride on her scooter to a local pharmacy to pick up some medicine for my cough/fever. Beyond the call of duty!

I could not fault anything in the hotel.

Easily walkable from the hotel to the old town, this little gem is as cosy as it gets. Covered in art works of the owner, the rooms are super comfortable and simply charming. They feature all the usual mod cons along with a bath tub which was great for a soak after a day of exploring (water pressure may be a lit low). The ceiling fan was more than adequate to cool the room without having to turn on the AC. But the highlight was the view of the river just outside. We had a balcony room which leant to drinks outside watching the picturesque scenery. The bed too was super comfy with "running boards" all around which was like putting a double mattress on a king base. Everything was set in dark wood which just enhanced the traditional look of the room. Service was impeccable with everything we requested was met promptly and without fuss. There was initially some confusion (more like miscommunication) regarding the booking, however, Adam, who was on hand to greet us fixed up everything all any issues were resolved. He was also more than accommodating to all our needs and was always available to assist even though he was not on site.

Our room had the best view. And the hotel itself was very beautifully designed. It was so nice to be staying in such a beautiful building covered with precious art. The breakfast was also very nice. They served some local Vietnamese dishes that we wanted to try anyways.

The hotel offered some tour options which we were interested initially. However after checking the prices of the same tours online we saw that the hotel was asking x10 times more for the same tours. So we ended up buying the same tours online. Also we had some extra expenses like transfer, laundry and bicycle rental, which we wanted to pay at check out. And unfortunately we were told that the post machine was not working at that time. So we had to pay with the last cash we had on hand which was also not very convenient.
