The staff at this hotel are really exceptional. My friend was very ill during our stay and they helped me to contact a local doctor and nurse (the managers sister!) who came very quickly. They checked in on us frequently which was really appreciated. Overall it was a lovely place, comfy clean rooms and a delicious breakfast each morning.

Location is closer to Old town with it being a 10 minute walk. The room was comfortable and the ladies were great in helping with transfers from the airport and to Bana hills. They also assisted with some of my activities bookings and they make a great breakfast and it caters to everyone

The villa has stairs but thank goodness they helped with luggage. Had just come from Sapa and the trekking pulled a number on my legs which made it difficult for me to walk up and down the stairs. I was lucky to have been moved from 2nd floor to 1st floor and i am grateful as it made it more bearable.

Beautiful rooms, good and very clean. I liked the big shower, lots of closet space to put your things and desk area was handy for charging and when needing to work. The bed was big and comfy. The breakfasts are beautiful, fresh, clean and yummy. The hosts are a family and the sisters all run the villa 24 hours. I loved knowing I was supporting a local family rather than a big chain place. The sisters were so friendly and helpful. We were super happy with our stay and it was cheap will definitely recommend.

Not super spacious but had enough room for everything we needed. There is no elevator so have to take the stairs with luggage etc can be slow after a long days out and walking. Down a lane way off the main road so quieter but have to walk to the main road for grabs etc

From the efficient airport pick up to the warm and friendly greetings when we arrived at the family managed Mint Hotel this stay was memorable. All the facilities were spotless, our room exceptionally clean, spacious and well decorated. Breakfast was super, a nice menu and served with thoughtful presentation sitting by the small pool. The staff helped with arranging tours and taxis and made phone calls for us. It is located an easy five minute walk to the old town. BTW, treat yourself to their home made iced coconut coffee - amazing. So, overall a wonderful stay. Thank you ladies.

You might find my review in multiple platforms because I found this place to be perfect. It's my husbands birthday, we spent a weekend in this villa. The lady owner (unfortunately I didn't get her name right) was so nice, offered a small cake as a surprise for my husband, and allowed me to get an external decorator to get some balloons in our room. This was last minute as well but they were very accommodating. Other than this, this place has a lovely pool (which we didn't have time to use but it looked splendid) The room was SUPER CLEAN, bathroom was top tier. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The owner was nice enough to help us book some tours /taxi and communicate with people for us as alot of people don't know English in Hoi An. Room cleaning everyday as well. Great price. This place deserves a 10/10 if we return to Hoian, definitely staying here 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Absolutely nothing

Was our favourite accommodation of our two weeks in Vietnam/Thailand! The women that run the place were very friendly and accommodating - they happily arranged for an excellent driver to pick us up from and deliver us back to our next stay as well as laundry - all at a reasonable cost. Breakfast, which was included, was an excellent mix of traditional Western options and Vietnamese specialties. The location was surprisingly excellent - whilst a little out of the old town (although only a max 7 - 10 min walk) I liked feeling we were in a less touristy and more local location and it was so quiet at night I had my best sleep of the entire trip!

The Mint Hoi A Villa was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our entire time across Vietnam. The hotel is new with a lovely Vietnamese charm. It’s situated down a quiet road but so close and a short walk to the old quarter. The rooms are beautiful and there’s an indoor pool. The serve the most delicious breakfast each morning. Breakfast includes a drink or two, main meal as well as fresh fruit and banana pancakes. Such a variety to chose from and very yummy. The highlight for sure are the staff! The owner and staff are exceptional in every way. Their attention to detail, friendliness, warmth and hospitality make this hotel so special and unique. That we didn’t stay for longer than 5 nights.

Perfect location a short 1km walk away from the ancient town and just down the street from plenty of shops and food. We didn't realise that free made-to-order breakfast was included in the price at first, so definitely don't miss out! On day 2 we chose the Bahn mi, beef pho and Vietnamese coffee which came with mini pancakes and a plate fresh fruit which was all delicious! Our room was massive, immaculate and very clean. My sister and I each had a king bed to ourselves with an ensuite, balcony and open wardrobe. The ladies were all friendly, warm and very helpful. Will be coming back the next time we visit to Hoi An and 100% recommend staying here for a relaxing stay.

Great room and excellent service, with really thoughtful touches throughout. The family who runs this place were very friendly and helpful, and we had great chats with them about life in Hoi An. The included breakfast was simple and tasty and always plenty of it. The pool was a great way to relax and cool down on hot afternoons, and would usually be accompanied by free refreshments. The hotel is located across the bridge from old town, in a quieter area. This suited our needs, especially because we could rent bikes from the hotel to get into the old town more quickly. Our room had a balcony which would be nice if the view was better, but as it was we didn't use it.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always ready with helpful recommendations and made sure we had everything I needed, which made all the difference. And when I got sick they made rice and ginger tea for me. The room was absolutely amazing—spacious and impeccably clean. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure everything was in perfect condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my visit was the massage session. The therapist was highly skilled and professional, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that left me feeling completely refreshed. I even did my nails there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional hospitality
