Room very clean and spacious, very big balcony, very big bathroom. The hotel staff were exceptional, extremely helpful, couldn't do enough for you. The pool was large and situated within a well-kept garden area. Good choice of food for breakfast from cereals, eggs, pastries, toast, local dishes and fruit. Bicycles available for use free of charge. The location of the hotel is about a four minute stroll to cross the bridge into the old town. The hotel is also about a 10 minute stroll to Memories Hoi An which is a must see if you are there.

It's not that we didn't like this, we managed, but it's just a suggestion. The rooms could benefit from having more plug sockets by each bedside.

The team went above and beyond to help us with the trips we wanted to do and was exceptionally friendly, even going so far as to organize medicine for us when we needed it. Thank you again for your kindness and for the effort that your team put into making our stay so memorable! We highly recommend staying at the Gem Riverside. The location is close to two streets - one with local restaurants that focus primarily on local clients and one that caters more to tourists. We can only recommend this place! The facilities are clean and of a very high standard. A special thanks again to the staff - you guys made our stay truly perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—10/10 in every way! The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the pool was amazing. We loved the complimentary bikes, which made exploring the area so easy. The hotel's location is ideal—just a short distance from Old Town and surrounded by charming local restaurants and cafés. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay <3<3 This hotel is a must if you visit Hoi An!

The fact that we had to leave )):

A great hotel, a few minutes walk from the chaos of the old quarter. Our room was large, clean and comfy. We had a great view of the pool. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of staying in Hoian. *****

Our room had a large bath, but there wasn't enough hot water for a bath. The water ran hot for a few minutes then went cold. You then had to wait 5 ish minutes until more hot water was available. I ended up having a bath in about 3 inches of water.

The location was very close to old quarters Hoi An and the staff was very polite and helpful and assisted us in booking attractions etc.

There was a continuous noise coming in our rooms from down; a sound of engine, generator or air conditioner but it was so disturbing. I explained to receptionist but he denied and it even continued for second night. Apart from that disturbing noise, everything was wonderful about the hotel. Those who have some issue with loud distort night, I would advise to tell the reception before

The location was excellent - 10 minute walk if that into old town with option for free push bikes. The staff were super friendly and could not help us out enough, even arranging our travel to the airport. The room was spacious, well equipped and the bathroom was luxurious, made by the large bath. Room service daily with fresh towels and the option for a clean - which we did not go for as not our style. Fresh water delivered for free. Our balcony was lovely overlooking the pool which was large, well maintained and great fun to swim in. The hotel was very clean throughout, quiet and all guests seemed to be enjoying themselves! Our expectations were easily supersuceeded.

Room was large and very comfortable with nice view overlooking the pool. Breakfast was freshly cooked with a good choice. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. Pool was very clean and well kept. A great place to relax and cool off at the end of the day. Super location, quiet setting but only a short walk into hoi ann centre. We loved it here

Breakfast was quite good although was virtually the same every day. Easy walking distance into old town. Large pool in nice setting, unfortunately the weather was quite cool while we were there so didn't get to take advantage of it. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Pillows were a little hard

The property was clean and modern. It was nicely decorated. Pool was in great shape. The staff was the best, always helpful and pleasant.

Nothing much. All the fabric and bedding felt moist but that is due to the high humidity of the area. The walk to the town is a bit stressful crossing the bridge each time.
