everything was absolutely perfect; some of many highlights worth mentioning: - even though we arrived way too early, our room was ready many hours before the official check-in time which was highly appreciated after an overnight bus ride - staff was incredibly nice, attentive, friendly and helpful, never met such an involved manager, we did not know where to watch the champions league final and he suggested us the perfect place, everybody was always happy to help with everything - great breakfast buffet with something for everybody - location, perfect to escape the croweded Hoi An but still walkable distance - room was awesome, nice view, clean, spacious

A small boutique hotel that offers a calm peaceful environment for a relaxing stay. It is an easy flat walk into the old town giving you lots of eating options and shopping. The hotel is exceptionally well run and the staff are all lovely. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, pool was never crowded and the spa service very reasonable. The hotel also arranged transport to Da Nang railway station cheaper than a Grab would have cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

Loved our room, their overall service was amazing! One of us was unwell, and they really took good care of us, and provided herbal drinks we asked for as remedy. Breakfast was great. Our flight was late in the evening, and they let us stick around the hotel and use their facilities during the day while we waited to leave for our flight. Super friendly staff, would definitely love to come back and stay longer next time! The Spa treatments was excellent and so affordable!

Breakfast was great!! The room was very spacious. Everything was comfortable and at the reception they are the best!! Always supported and helped me with anything I needed (thanks Jessie and all the reception team)

Everything was perfect but to make the experience even better, I’d suggest including cappuccino or latte in the breakfast without an extra charge. I’d prefer a slightly higher room rate that covers it, rather than being asked to pay separately; it just doesn’t feel very welcoming to be charged for a simple cappuccino at breakfast ☺️. There is coffee at breakfast but the quality is noticeably different from the coffee their bar offers. Including it would elevate the breakfast experience and align it more with the otherwise excellent service.

We stayed here for quite a few days. Yes the rooms were good, the pool was great and we loved the location but the real stand out was the staff. They really do go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is also perfect with whatever we booked. The location is also perfect, since it's close to whatever we need, but also have the calm vibe of the island, from the balcony. We also had good experiences with the restaurant, since the foods are always delicious than what we expected, and look good! My bf enjoyed the view during different time of the day and he said he loves it too much!

The roads are under some kinda construction and it's a little inconvenience to walk on foots. The bridge which connect to the downtown is also dangerous when we walk too.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hoi An Odyssey Hotel & Spa. The location is quiet but still central – just a few minutes by bike or even on foot to the old town. The staff is polite and genuinely attentive, which made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, Vietnamese dishes, and more. The pool area has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There’s also the option to enjoy the spa, which is a nice extra. Free bicycles are available, which is very convenient for getting around. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great beds. We especially appreciated the lemongrass-scented candle as a welcome touch – a small but thoughtful detail.

We stayed at the hotel for a full week to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. The entire staff — especially Jessie — went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They decorated our room and made sure everything felt personal, fun, and just right. The hotel itself is lovely and impressive, with spacious rooms and a great view, especially from the higher floors. The mattresses were super comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of options that suited our vegan diet. Everything was truly perfect — but what made it exceptional was the warm, friendly, and attentive team. We will be back again 🙏

The GM came and spoke to everyone at breakfast each morning - a nice touch. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I even got a birthday cake on my birthday for breakfast. Location was good close to the old town but in a quiet location. Easy to walk, bike or taxi. I definitely recommend this hotel!
