Excellent stay, you couldn't ask for much more for the price. There was an incredibly comfortable bed, a balcony with a lovely river view, friendly staff members, and warm water + air conditioning. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the main town (or a 5-minute bike ride), which was perfect for me. The main town is absolutely flooded with people at all hours of the day, so being able to get away from it was great. Highly recommend!

Everything was great. You will have to share a communal refrigerator, so if you have anything to be kept cold, you'll have to go downstairs to store it.

A Nice clean specious room with a porch right by the river in a quiet neighborhood, away from the busy center yet close to it by bike that the family land you. The bed is very comfortable, all facilities are good. The real highlight though is the family itself, who is the nicest i have met. In the time i had stayed with them i was invited to their celebrations and dinners. They helped in any way the could, including father saving the day taking me to the station when my ride was late. The mother of the family is a beautiful lady, a true angel who prepared vegetarian meals especially for me, in the house and even for the road when i left. Tinh is just the best! She's young, speaks good English, knows everything and always with a smile, and her sweet son is the cherry on top the cake. To sum it up, you enjoy a hotel-like room and services, but you get to know the great people of Vietnam. Thank you very much Tinh and all the family ♥️ I highly recommend this homestay.

So glad we stayed here, it was perfect. The room was big, clean and comfortable with a huge balcony with an amazing and serene river view. After the chaos of the hoi an streets it is nice to return home here. Although there was a language barrier, our hosts were so kind and accommodating.

It is a 20-minute walk away from town which is a lovely walk, but if you want to be in the center this is not that. They offer bikes for free but they are not very strong (still got us around and to the beach though.)

WOW! This homestay far exceeded our expectations! The owners were super friendly and nice. The room is clean and has a GREAT view on the river (it was so great to chill and watch the fishing boats at sunset). We were so happy to stay there (wish we could have spent even more time there). Location is perfect to reach old town on a nice bicycle ride (available at the homestay). THANK YOU!

The family were lovely and very friendly. The highlight for us was being able to use the free bicycles to cycle around the different cycle trails and paths. They gave us a kettle when we asked for water to make our own tea and coffee and even had a water filter to fill up water bottles. The view from our top floor room was lovely. Lovely, quieter stay out of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An!

Our room was spacious and clean. Really good shower. Unfortunately didn’t have a view of the river (on the road side) but the garden was nice to sit in. About a 20 min walk to the old town but you can borrow bikes (free of charge) which is great! Owners were always lovely and easy going. Very sweet dog!

Very nice room, with super nice patio with a beautiful view over the river. The hotel is located a short bike ride from the city center (the hotel has bikes for free) which was really nice, as Hoi An city center is overwhelmed with tourists. I strongly recommand staying there - and would go back if ever in Hoi An.

Breakfast wasn't great, but it's not really a big deal since there are tones of places to eat in Hoi An

This is a lovely home stay and the family is very friendly but don't have much english. The room is on an upper floor and the view is wonderful so nice to wake up to this every morning. It is away from the old city on the island so it is quite peaceful at night. You can walk to the old city about 15 minutes . They organised transport from the train station in Danang when we arrived and also to our hotel in Danang on our last morning.

Very nice Homestay, the family are so nice and helpful. The room was very nice clean and bright with nice view on the river and balcony. They provided FREE bicycle :) The location is 20min walk more or less to the city centre but with the bicycle provide it is perfect. They also arranged a taxi for Danag when we checked out for a good price compared to Grab.

The family who run this place are so helpful and kind. They were truely a pleasure to meet. It has safe parking for motorbike/bicycle. You can also take one of their bicycles into the town. Rooms were exeptionally clean and the river view was peaceful. You also have a mosquito net which is great. The Cafe Sua that they make is also very nice.
