Very large swimming pool. The beach seemed nice also (couldn't swim during my stay due to light storm) Room was clean. Good services. All staff was very friendly. The kid playground was pretty good, sufficient for my 18-month old to have fun for 1-2 hours. Vin Wonders is another plus point.

Location is the main drawback: 1 hour from Da Nang airport & Da Nang city centre, 30 mins from Hoi An Old town. Not many activities within walking distance. Technically only 2 restaurants in the campus (3 actually, but 2 of them serve the same buffet). Not many food options. Room service menu is quite good, but also limited selection

Was great except there was a big birthday party being held and our last 2 nights were very interrupted. They started setting up a stage at roughly 10:00pm with trucks pulling up beside our villa and unloading scaffolding all night and didn’t finish until roughly 4:00am. They were quite loud. The party didn’t go too late the next night but they packed up the stage the following night which was our last night and made loud noise until roughly 4am. Just killed the relaxing vibe.

Fantastic resort with everything you need incl spa, gym, pools plus golf course and amusement park a 3-5 min cart ride away. Vin Wonders was great and no lines when we were there (in fact almost had the place to ourselves in January). My 17 yo sons loved the golf - caddy included! All staff amazing. We stayed in 3 bedroom villa which is huge and beautiful private pool. Food options limited but still very good. Breakfast sensational - everything you could want for breakfast is there. Bar on 9th floor also good to get some views and have a drink and snacks.

Food options limited (ie only 2 restaurants - buffet and a la carte korean/indian/viet) but the resort does everything it can to make sure you can always find something you will enjoy including offering room service menu with more western options. Hoi An only a 20 min cab ride away too. The resort has a kitchen but there is no ability to cook or serve food (ie not plates, cutlery, cooking utensils etc). Didnt bother us but photos feature kitchen so others may expect some self catering. I note these things just for people to manage expectations. Did not impact our stay.

It's an hour from central Danang. 25mins from Hoi An old Quarter. Abit further but you get a beach front resort. White sand beach, very clean and safe for children. Biggest swimming pool I have ever experienced. Ans again safe for children at all ages. Staff are so helpful. My son wasn't well . We called the reception at 1am and the nurse came within less than 5mins. The bed is big , comfy but had a funny noise as it lost 1 leg. Can clean the floor in the room everyday. The restaurants were very good. In general, Cant ask for a better service. So worth the money.

- Amazing staff - Amazing Hotel - Amazing room - Amazing food - Amazing outdoors The staff was extremely nice and so sweet, especially to all the kids. It felt like the Disneyland. The spoke good English and the receptionist were very helpful. No communication issues at all. The food was soo good. Lots of choices. Even for vegetarian and vegan. The breakfast and dinner buffet was so yummy. It was almost our highlight of the day. The hotel is huge with lots of space. It’s extremely clean and very well taken care of. Nice decoration during Christmas. The pool and beach were big but it was raining so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. Great playroom for kids with lots of activities and the park right next to it. Rooms were big and clean, bed very comfortable, clean and big.

It’s an hour from the airport but the shuttle bus pick up was smooth and comfortable. Just not easy if you want to visit Da Nang downtown. Only Hoi An is possible to visit and the hotel provides a shuttle bus too. The hotel offers a few more trips but locations are far and it’s costly. Room: if you use the bathroom at night the light shines brightly through to the bedroom which was a bit annoying due to our sleeping toddler.

Villa is beautiful. But u need a tuk tuk yo go around and it’s a bit not so comfortable to book and wait… 2d1n is not enough to explore the park. Note: u need to buy ticket within the resort for multiple entries in a day Food is good. Morning buffet coffee is a bomb. I got two cups because it was tooo good my whole family love it. U get this coffee with the girl right after the entrance

Reception Slow, inefficient, long waiting every time, not even that many customers. I really do not think this part deserves a 5*. One time when I approached there were 2 girls and 1 customer and the other girl just walked away when I almost reached the counter. On check out the receptionist did not verbally confirm with me what I was charged for. When she gave me the bill and I wanted to read the details she stopped me by saying “you only used abc and 123, pls pay this amount.” P/s there was no one waiting behind me at that time why she was in a rush? Idk how they organize but it always look like a mess in front of the main hall. Bunch of people outdoor waiting for tuk tuks, luggages every where. Why they make the entrance look like an outdoor market?

We had 3 bedrooms villa with a private pool and it was such a heaven for our holiday. Lots of green grass and a few more steps are the beach. We booked for 4 nights and extended 2 more. With 2 kids, vinpearl provides such a wonderful place for us. We spend most of the time just in the resort . Villa is elegant and modern Kid Club has an indoor and outdoor play area Vinwonders is next-door and recommended to get your tickets from vinpearl as multiple entries for the day, especially if you have kids Staff were nice and friendly too

The buffet breakfast and dinner were fantastic. All the food was delicious. So many choices. Our villa was very spacious. The layout of each villa and surrounding garden gave us privacy when using the pool or sitting outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service around the resort was great and we were never waiting long. The resort pool was big and the service around the pool was great. Always fresh towels available. Check-in, check-out and booking day trips and excursions was very easy. The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. The beach was stunning.

A very minor aggravation that could be overcome with patience was communication could sometimes be difficult. English wasn't good and it was hard to understand staff and have then understand us.

Rooms, staff, and property overall was absolutely pristine! Highly recommend the day spa too! Extremely affordable for great luxury. The golf club was very accommodating given there was a tournament during the time we stayed

The hotel is quite a distance from Hoi A town which is fine if you mainly want to stay at the resort. There were limited activities for teenage kids who might like something more than just the pool but a little too old for Vin Wonders.

The breakfast was our favourite meal here. The staff were amazing in all areas: reception, pool bar, restaurants, room service. This is the best service we have ever received, and big smiles all around. The resort was very grand with clean buildings and beautiful features. It was well air conditioned at the perfect temperature, even in the lifts. VinWonders was also AMAZING, for the one ticket we got access to a theme park, water park and even had a zoo safari on boat. Thank you for looking after us!

The location meant we had to order Grabs to Hoi An which made it pricey. The shuttle was an option but you must book 4 hours in advance and we just weren’t prepared enough. However, we did enjoy supporting the Grab drivers as they really needed business so this turned out to be a great way to support local.
