The hotel was amazing The staff were attentive Massage was amazing- just perfect overall A bonus that some halal options were available from the hotel restaurant Hired skis and booked skiing lessons from the place next to the hotel and jumped on the cable car right there to take us to town There was a hotel transfer to bring us back from the village- excellent service indeed! This was an excellent choice for a ski trip to the Sierra Nevada. The hotel is comfortable, the staff (especially those on reception and in the garage) were so welcoming and helpful. We were given a lovely upgraded room. The A La Carte dinner, while not cheap for Spain, was excellent. There was also the option of a buffet dinner or a snack menu in the welcoming lounge bar. We were offered breakfast on arrival at 10.00am and again the next day, even though we only stayed for one night. I really like ski in ski out. This hotel can be if the snow is good enough, but was not for us. However no hotel in the whole resort was ski in ski out during our trip (even those costing 5x the price). The chairlift right next to the hotel will take you down to the main lifts (there is a 5 minute walking connection to the Gondola). It will also bring you back up at the end of skiing and if you ski back to the bottom of the Borreguiles gondola (which for us was operating am only), then it is a couple of minutes walk on the flat back to the chairlift. The snow was Spring snow, and quite heavy at the bottom of the slopes, but what amazing sunshine to make up for that. I was skiing without gloves for much of the trip. The resort has plenty of runs for intermediate skiers (also beginners) and is not busy on week days. No lift queues. We had to rely on maps on our phone as there did not seem to be paper ones, but we soon worked out how the runs fitted together. We were given a courtesy room in the hotel to change in at the end of the second day, so could shower before we began the 2 hour drive back to our house. This room had two sofa beds in addition to the double which would be excellent for a family. There was a boot room in the basement where you could leave skis and boots, and cakes and hot chocolate provided when you got back from skiing. I cannot imagine a better hotel experience for skiing in this region, and we will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The spa is lovely but very small, and, I guess to restrict numbers, charges Euro 30 and hour. You also have to book it. Having said that it was a lovely experience, and the steam room in particular was very relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Vincci. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to a more premium option, which was spacious and extremely comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and the hot water worked perfectly, making for a great experience after a long day. What really stood out was the exceptional service. When we checked out, we wanted to return from the resort to freshen up before leaving. Instead of a late checkout, the hotel kindly offered us a courtesy room to change and shower, which was incredibly convenient. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service!

The only downside was that the heating in the rooms didn’t work very well. It might have been due to the cold weather, but at times, the room felt a bit chilly.

Hotel has very good location, right next to the ski slope so we could ski out and ski in which was great. Inside hotel it was very comfortable to stay. Food in restaurant was fantastic. People were very friendly and helpful. There is shuttle service to go to town center and back. We will definitely come back!

I have 2 points for potential improvements. 1 - it was not clear to me how to arrange undergroung parking in advance (when we came, parking was full so we had to park outside). 2 - hotel charges 30EUR per person for sauna which I find pretty mean.

Excellent skiing holiday. Very well run, friendly hotel. We have really enjoyed staying there. There is a ski lift that goes down to the centre of the resort, where you pick up the telecabib up to the mountaintop. Or there are a number of hotel minibuses that will shuttle people to and from the centre of the town. Very convenient. The value for money is marvellous. It's quiet, as it is not in the centre of the resort. And views are good too.

Breakfast was great. We had dinner once but were not impressed by the food at dinner.

Rather pleasant hotel with friendly staff. A smart traditional feel about it with a touch of luxury. Junior suite was a little treat for us and we enjoyed the balcony with Mountain View’s along with a nice soak in the bath. Breakfast was never ending as sooo much choice! Free shuttle bus down/up hill into village centre.. also chairlift just outside. Big thumbs up! Definitely stay again!

Hard to find anything wrong… I did notice no toilet brush!

Beautiful and very cozy. Very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was amazing. Super close to the slopes and lift. Nice apres ski bar. Very helpful to have the van to bring/take you to the City center.

For the price would be fair for the spa/pool area to be included, as well as the car parking. But they are paid as extra, which doesnt make a lot of sense to me.

Lovely hotel. We didn’t have a room with a view but it was decorated beautifully, clean and vey comfortable. The buffet restaurant was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We used the pool and steam room too..: an extra cost but enjoyable.

There was nothing to fault except the hotel is high and I suffered slightly from the altitude!

Hotel has great atmosphere and that special vibe for holidays in mountains. Staff was great. Small attention to detailed made it special for us. They upgraded room for us, to make our stay more comfortable.

Problem with wifi, we couldn’t connect our phones(was constant error with connection) Our room has some strange smell (might be smell from air condition) we had to open windows for a while. Entrance stairs was slippery, covered with ice. My boyfriend felt quite hard. For 5* hotel it’s inappropriate.

Lovely hotel and super staff who are always willing to help. Wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our family reunion trip so enjoyable even though we couldn’t ski as much as we had hoped due to poor weather conditions.
