A very good place to visit, the hotel was clean, my room had a welcoming bowl of a variety of fruits, the breakfast was perfect, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was in a very beautiful location and near the seafront I was also welcomed with warm hands and I would like to visit again.

Price for money. Room was clean, housekeeping and reception staff were professional and polite. Food for breakfast and dinner was good variety and tasty, especially pizza. Coffee was decent

We didn't like service in restaurant, waiters take away food without asking while you are eating or drinking your coffee if you are not taking a sip in that moment. Bathroom was not spacious enough and with open window which you cannot close looking at hallway which was a bit uncomfortable. Shower doesn't have a curtain and all bathroom would get wet and some water would get out to room

Friendly staff, spacious rooms with big balcony. Ideal for families. Typical Greek food on buffet (BB, HB or AI option). Supermarket /souvenir shop next door. About 10min walk to the beach (small tunnel underneath main road). Use of sunbeds on the beach, not crowded. Short walk to bus stop, about 25min ride to Rethymnon and 80min to Heraklion.

No other facilities (shops, restaurants...) in the area. From time to time bad smell in bathroom (mostly evening hours).

It was a spacious room, nicely equipped, clean. The breakfast was superb. Dinner was little boring, but for the overrall price we paid for this hotel, i can't complain. We just skipped dinner a few times and went to town for a gyros. Staff was friendly.

Many people mentioned the location. We slept with closed window, so noise didn't bother us. Also rented a car, but yeah, its next to a busy road. But i knew about this (always check on google map before booking).

Truly kind staff. We left quickly to take engagement photos at sunset. They found us after we returned to ask if we were om because we had left so fast. Exceptional service. Every need was met promptly from breaking change, towels, room change. I would not hesitate to reccomend this hotel to anyone. The food really surprised me it was better than all of the food I had in mainland greece. Excellent food.

Niko was absolutely charming and helpful. He engaged with all the customers, so was far far more than somebody just looking after us in the dining room.

all the staff we very very courteous and helpful and if there was a problem with something in the room the Maintence staff fixed it immediately. The food was outstanding and plenty of it for €15 for a 3-course evening meal (for as much as one wanted). Breakfast included in the room price of €23 per night plus €3 a day for government tax.

Service, staff (Niko - the bartender was amazing!), tasty food, nice and clean pool. Bus to Rethymno was exactly in front of the hotel doors. I missed night life (not party), go out somwhere to have a drink, but I understand this is about the personal preferences.

Sunbaths were occupied from early morning by the guests (limited count 30) and if you was little late, there was no chance to got any free. Repeatitive menu (but tasty). Fridge was small and average.

Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable! The staff helps in solving any questions. The food is varied - special thanks to the chef - we had the opportunity to try dishes from both European and Greek cuisine. The menu is very diverse - new dishes for every dinner. To the sea - 5 minutes on foot.
