Our stay was truly exceptional. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the facilities were outstanding - especially the beautiful & peaceful rock-pool which added a unique charm to the experience. The staff was incredible and always willing to help, making us feel welcomed at every moment. A special mention goes to Nikos, who from the very first moment offered us the best possible service. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to assist made our stay even more memorable. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff is incredible and made our stay very comfortable. They were able to arrange for a rental car for us even when requested on a very short notice later at night. The breakfast was phenomenal, we looked forward to our breakfasts everyday. We stayed in Suite 31 and room 5 and both rooms were very clean, spacious and the views from the property are amazing.

I would have loved to have some more vegetarian options on the lunch/dinner menu. Although the options they do have currently tasted really good, it would have been nice to have some more variety.

We loved our stay after being given a better room than we were originally given. The location of the hotel on the magnificent Caldera in Imerovigli was perfect. Room was spacious and breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel but found much better restaurants outside of the complex. The staff particularly Nicolas on the front desk were very helpful. We were leaving very early and they had prepared a breakfast box for us. Efcharisto to all the crew at Rocabella.

Magnificent views in all directions and the staff were very good. The bar and restaurant staff were excellent and the the breakfasts were fantastic.

Rooms were not great, first room had the bathroom upstairs and the bedroom down in a dungeon like chamber below. Almost I Same to get your bags up and down the ladder stairs and a nightmare to use the toilet at night. The second room was ok but a bit dated and tired. The plunge pool was tiny like a square bath tub with no privacy.

We stayed at Rocabella Santorini for three nights in June and loved every moment. This was our second visit, and it just keeps getting better. The room was beautiful with amazing views, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is quiet but easily accessible to Oia and Thira by bus or taxi. The staff even helped us rent an ATV to explore the island, which was fantastic. We miss it already and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend Rocabella Santorini!

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Its a very well kept and maintained hotel. Lia, is very helpful and made our check in easy and made very concise recommendation of the places to visit n eat around. The sumptuous breakfast fed is very well for the start of the day. The wine as a welcome gift was really a pleasant surprise to us.

We stayed at the hotel Rocabella Santorini for two nights with family, two kids. It was a great experience for us. The hotel is nice and clean. If you have a rent a car all places can be accessed very quickly. The hotel person Mr. Nick was very friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay. He reached out to us for help whenever we needed. The hotel is highly recommended for travelers.

Rough places you have to lift the luggage and strollers

Absolutely stunning views from our room!!! Very clean and modern. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We were there in off season, so pools were not heated and thus not usable, but appear to be nice. Breakfast selections and buffet were fantastic.

Literally nothing.

Absolutely adored our stay at Rocabella - I never wanted to leave. The location is perfect and the views from the room are unbelievably stunning! I love that there are so many pools to enjoy so they don’t get overcrowded. I think my only improvement would be if the hotel had an adults only pool as I found quite a few children splashing me and one even soaked my bag that was next to my lounger.

Just that there are children allowed in all pools. I think an adults only area would be good for couples wanting to enjoy the peace and quiet. I also thought the breakfast service was quite slow, we waited 35 mins for our breakfast one morning, but the food was delicious all the same.

Our room was amazing and had a view that looked like a dream. The staff was super considerate and did their best to make our stay perfect. They provided us clean towels and let us use the hotel facilities after checkout due to our flight being later in the day. We also got a 30 min courtesy massage for couples which was a really nice touch.
