Spacious. Cleaning ladies very accommodating! Beds VERY comfortable! Pots and pans, stove, microwave and toaster oven were excellent brands! Quiet and very convenient to the Avalon peninsula locations in all directions. Lovely huge deck!

Heat and fireplace did not work well. Assortment of channels and listing of what was available on TV would have been helpful. Missing scissors, frying pan after we asked, basic supplies were skimpy.

My wife and I recently traveled from Ontario to Newfoundland in an electric vehicle, staying at economy motels such as yours, along the way. We were rather disappointed that no economy motels provided overnight EV charging. I would highly recommend that economy motel owners consider installing Level 2 240 volt EV chargers of approximately 30-40 amp capacity connected to a network such as FLO or Chargepoint. The network would collect the cost through their network RFID card or app to compensate the motel owner. A reasonable charge of about $1.50/hr. would be much more attractive to me, then staying at a luxury motel and paying $50 to $100 more per night and receiving “free” charging for approximately $10 worth of EV charging.

Our hosts were amazing and very helpful. They have cute units which had full kitchens including baking dishes, garbage bags, tea towels and a lot of bathroom towels and shampoos etc. ! There was a spare cot and pillows in the closet and when I asked for sheets they insisted on making up the cot- thank you😊 Although a little out of the way, it was easy access to the boat tours, St John's, groceries and a swim park down the road a bit (by car). Very peaceful spot. I highly recommend! So homey feeling!

We were in a bottom unit and the upstairs ppl walked heavily but that's not the fault of the hosts.

The deck was a nice extra. There was peanut butter, jam, coffee and tea available

Since there were forest fires nearby with people being evacuated, we were unable to contact the property owners beforehand. We wanted an update on the status of the fire

Our one bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable and a good distance from where we wanted to visit. Took the longer coastal road back to St. John's and it still didn't take long.

Could have used paper towels but that was it.

Very comfortable with everything needed almost as if you were at home. Apartment was comfortable, but the people upstairs were "very busy" moving furniture and walking with their shoes on. They did not disurb us during quiet times. Internet was great and I would recommend this place to friends.

We really appreciated having 2 bathrooms. We were quite comfortable in the space and felt at home. It was very quiet and the air conditioner worked very well.

The toaster oven was a bit tricky to use but we appreciated having the ability to make toast.

Not a bed and breakfast, so we provided our own breakfast. Location was great for us.

The bathroom is getting a bit worn or outdated but was sufficient for us.

This place is a great value. They are apartments, and provide a lot of amenities for an economical price. The owners are very friendly.

One of the light bulbs on the end table in the living room didn’t work. A very minor issue.

It is not very sound proof There was some other clients that came at 10:00 pm and it sounded like a herd of elephants they woke us up We could hear them roll their suitcases across the floor
