The hotel didn't look like much from the outside but the room was large and had a microwave, fridge, table and desk. It was clean and the beds were fine although one mattress was a bit soft in our two-bedded room. It's an ok 3-star hotel.

It is on the waterfront opposite a ship cleaning facility. That was ok it didn't produce much noise. There wasn't much else around the hotel although we could walk about five minutes to an ok Chinese restaurant that advertised a buffet but didn't have one.

The room was large, quiet, well lit. Fridge and microwave were unexpected and welcome. Restaurant. Comfortable beds. Close to lovely historic neighborhood.

Staff is too modest to promote that Amelia Earhart stayed at the hotel when she visited Harbour Grace, despite her visit being highly publicised here.

Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Genesis was very helpful in quickly resolving WiFi signal related issue. Excellent customer service. Spacious room, comfortable beds with all necessary amenities. Very reasonably priced.

Limited parking space on property, but safe overnight parking is available on the road.

Friendly , clean, I thought it was strange, they took the payment before checking out. Overall good

Not a whole lot to tell, we arrived at four o'clock in the afternoon. Went out for the evening,we came back at eleven o'clock. And checked out at 9:30 the next morning. But would recommend it to friends.

They don’t open up early enough for breakfast which was disappointing It was quiet but you could hear cars going by but not many

It's not a Hilton but this hotel was quite good. The room was very clean especially the bathroom. The restaurant provided good meals. Relally enjoyed the food. Staff were professional and very nice. Great value for your dollar.

The restaurant has nice home cooking. The building, furniture and fixtures are old & worn, but tidy and clean. No smell of must or other odors. Great water pressure.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Attempts had been made to update property ie new sink and faucets.

There were several little inexpensive repairs needed that had been neglected. Trivial but go a long way to making the property better.Lamp above bed had no light bulb, vertical venetian blind missing a slat, hook on bathroom door broken, no outlet cover on outlet by sink, shower curtain rings rusty.

The staff were wonderful. Very heartfelt welcoming. Room was comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant was home made and wonderful. I love the staff and the hotel. Very old

Very old building. Needs some updating.

The place was excellent, what a great view! Loved the space outside with BBQ and fire pit.

there was nothing what we didn't like.
